I was actually pretty impressed!

Unlike most 'AI Assistants' this one was actually really helpful. I'm fairly confident I ended up speaking with a real person (Lisa) halfway through - but regardless - I was very impressed. She hooked me up, created my order perfectly, and emailed me a link with my perfect order. I'm down with this service!

Unfortunately I purchased a defective…

Unfortunately I purchased a defective device. Fantastic customer service and warranty processing. New device on its way. Couldn't have been any easier.

This is another reason TVape is one of the best places to shop for a quality device backed by quality service.

You can trust in TVape!

I have been using TVape for a while now (2 years), and their customer service is exemplary. Quick to respond to inquiries, email, and always to help, I find them one of the best online companies I've dealt with.

Nik S was amazing with my last order! His turnaround time was lightning quick and he was organized and detailed in his explanations.

I highly recommend TVape and feel they can be trusted - from order to delivery, I am confident in the service they offer.
