Very happy with the process. As we only needed standard mirror wills, we didn't want to be paying excessive amounts of money but wanted legal oversight which is provided. The online process was quick and easy to follow and therefore we did not need to use the chat/inquiry function. The response with the draft wills was very quick and having confirmed we were happy with the content, we received the hard copies a few days later. Would definitely recommend.

I have just written my Will , the whole process was made very easy. Although is was managed through email communication Ben was there at the end of the phone if i needed to speak to him. I have just completed mirror wills for my wife and I. It couldn’t have been any more simple, quick and easy! I clicked on the site and followed each page which asked for the relevant information. Each page didn’t allow you to progress until all the information was inputted. 5 minutes later I had completed the form!

I always thought doing a Will would be long winded and I would need lots of information to complete it. This has prevented me from doing it in the past. But this was so easy and one less thing to do now!

The service of Torch Legal was well above the high street. We used them for power of attorney. My Gran doesn't speak Engish so I translator was arranged without a fuss. Ben kept regular contact and communicated really well to ensure everything was correct.
