We are so happy with our garden, it looks amazing! The decking really finishes the top area of our garden off and we are now ready to enjoy those sunny evenings soon.
It wasn't an easy area to work with but the team worked tirelessly to get it right. Can't fault them at all, they did a great job!
I would definitely recommend these guys!

After positive feedback from the people of Torbay, we had Nathan and his team quickly and competitively quote us for our garden along with informative ideas and lovely changes to our ideas. A1 communication.

We were so happy with the final product of a beautifully built decking with balustrade and pergola, artificial lawn and sleeper beds for flowers, that we are now due to move (devastated to be leaving my garden!) but we will be having Nathan back in a heartbeat to do my new garden.! The professionalism, speed, dedication and knowledge they had to the job was second to none and the negative feedback on this company on Trustpilot just doesn’t add up… there is always one isn’t there and I guess you can’t please everybody 🙄.!!
My husband likes to make sure he has everything tip top for his money and he thoroughly checked over the work of The Torbay Composite Company and the only fault we had was that of our own and that we didn’t call Nathan sooner.!! Having the garden so beautiful has made such a different to family life, makes us so happy to be out in such a stunning space.

Thanks so much Nathan and the rest of the boys… we will be calling you soon for another quote and I will make sure I have lots of tea and cake for you again 😆😆

If you have had a deck built by this company, I would urgently suggest for your own safety that you at least get the work professionally checked out. I am not going to go into detail here other than to say that the deck they recently built for me whilst looking ok on the surface, was so poorly constructed it has had to be completely dismantled and will now be rebuilt from the ground up by a reputable company. It has taken weeks to complete a few days work.They have now refunded my deposit, probably because they do not have the skills needed to correct their work. I have not received a single word of apology from Nathan for the hassle, time and money that I have now incurred. Please don’t get taken in by the BS on their website. They should stick to turf laying and leave the deck building alone.

Great first impression from the website led me to contact the company for a quote.
Right from the start the communication from Nathan was excellent. He came to look at our project, offered good advice, and I received a quote for the work very quickly, all very professionally done, and much better than the other companies we had consulted with, so we decided to use them.
Hats off to the whole team, they worked hard and have produced a great quality project, we are delighted with our new deck and the glass & steel balustrades surrounding it.
I will be recommending them to friends and family who may be considering similar projects. Thank you Nathan and the team.

The decking in my back garden needed completely replacing.
From my first contact with The Torbay Composite Company, Nathan was able to inspire the confidence and professionalism, that was lacking from other contractors I had contacted.
With plenty of practical advice, we came up with a great design, including a pond, pergola, built in seating & lighting.
When the work started, Nathan, Pete, Adam & Rhys were all extremely friendly, reliable and hard working.
Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they were very receptive to incorporate any 'tweaks' I thought of, as the project progressed.
I now have a garden I am really proud of and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone else looking for similar work.

Nathan and Pete completed the job on our garden last week, just in time for us getting a new puppy. The service was very professional and the ideas put forward by the guys have resulted in a great looking garden! We couldn't be happier with the quality of service and finish, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Torbay Composite for similar projects. Also, we would definitely recommend the serenity dark artificial grass that we went for - it looks great. Thanks again to Pete and Nathan for their creativity and hard work!

Best deck ever!
Nathan and co built a fantastic composite deck area plus Screen Envy boundary finish, to my demanding brief. Especially valuable now we are in lockdown.
