Biggest lie on earth and even a stolen adress

Ordered a sprts logo rug as a Christmas gift. The images were stretched to fit, so they were elongated/distorted--not a quality image as pictured on the website. Attempted to contact via email multiple times with the company only responding once, asking for proof. Sent pictures and have never recieved further communication after following up three additional times. Would not recommend purchasing items from this website.

My 86 year old mother made the mistake of ordering from this company. The shoes do not come "true to size". Since they come from China, as always, their stuff runs small. When the shoes came in they were too small and frankly when I saw them they definitely were not worth the money she paid for them. She wanted a larger size, but of course - they don't exchange. I own a mail and ship store. I can't tell you how many times people come in to return stuff to companies out of China. These companies don't provide labels to return them and expect the customer to pay to return it, knowing full well the shipping is too expensive and most of the time more than what they paid for the item. That's how they ensure they don't have to refund money, or exchange. BEWARE, know where your items are coming from. I wish I had known my 86 year old mother was going to order from these people - I would have stopped it!!!!

Never received my product ordered on June 14th. Today is August 3rd. Klarna collected the funds, then had an unauthorized re-charge to my credit card after VISA honored the dispute and refunded the charge. So I'm still out $899 and no product.

After reading a lot of these reviews I was really scared that I’ve spent money on something that would either not receive or it doesn’t look as pictured. But my transaction was smooth and I received my tracking number within 5 business days. It took about 3 weeks to receive my custom crocs I ordered, and they looked exactly as pictured. My only issue I have is that I didn’t realize crocs run small and I hate that I can’t exchange them for a bigger size because they are super cute. And as far as what other people say that they are not located in the US. I would say that’s true because the packages are coming from China. Just wished they offered exchanges, but other than that, good product.

I placed an order for 3 different mystery boxes it’s been over 14 days of nothing I've emailed them several times with no response as of yet! I’ve requested a refunded in everyone of these emails and still nothing !!

Absolute disgrace, was sent the wrong order. I have been emailing for over 2 weeks no reply. The listed phone number is a pub. Save money and don't order.

I have been scammed a few times now by adds on Face book Do not order a thing from the adds, It’s disgusting that FB allows this

Just received my mystery box of gadgets. I don’t know how they have the nerve to claim it is worth £100, I wouldn’t have even paid the £10 had I known the crap I was receiving. Shame I didn’t come across these reviews before. Please avoid at all costs.

Have to agree with all your comments....it seems its a SCAM... Like many of you ordered the watch in March! Chased up this week and yep, surprise surprise no response, so annoying this can happen!!! taking peoples hard earned cash like this!!! Please do not buy from this company....so angry

Like so many others that have reported the same thing, I have so far been waiting THREE MONTHS for a smart watch ordered via Latestdeals.co.uk. Have sent several messages none of which have been replied to.
I really don’t know how they can get away with what they are doing but I will be looking to find out how I can go about getting my money back!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

AVOID!! Take money, do not send items, no confirmation email to lean on and never asnswer emails.

I paid for an order on the 1st of March for a Mother’s Day gift from my children to my wife, I paid the premium delivery charge to get it within 3-5 days....42 days later and I still don’t have it. It has apparently been lost in transit twice!
There is no phone line to talk to anyone, and a response via email can take a week or more. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Total scam .. product was junk , necklace was tarnished and broken and was told credit would be issued and never was . Do not waste your money on anything from this company

Do NOT give your hard earned money to these thieves. It’s terrible that they can get away with ripping off so many people.

Please stop ordering from this company. They are total fraudsters and scammers. We ordered shoes, which took almost 2 months to arrive...with no updates on delivery since the order. We received an entirely different pair of shoes in a bubble wrap envelope (no shoe box), and without any sizing information or tags on them.

When we tried to phone the company, the number they left on their website was out of service. The email did work and I was connected with a "Frank Young" who was completely unhelpful, offering me an $18 refund on an almost $100 merchandise price, along with a future 20% discount. When I told him this was an unacceptable solution for us, he said I could return the shoes at my own cost and **IF** everything was in order and acceptable to them, they would refund me.

Since this is Trendginor's error and not ours, they have not proven to be trustworthy and I will not spend another dime to return anything. I have submitted it to my credit card company for a dispute claim, which will take several months to sort out.

Hopefully they are exposed for the scammers they are. I see on this and other review sites, that I am far from being alone in this experience.
