I have contacted your "support" email numerous times with ZERO response. And having read numerous reviews, not the only person with this issue.

Yet another scam survey site - yet they are linked to Prime Opinions so hardly surprised.

Not only have I lost TWO payments of $15, but now I have had SEVEN completed surveys with no reward.

Will not be using again - thieves, avoid like the plague. Ombudsman will be in touch shortly, let's see how that goes down.

This sucks. Can’t cash out no matter what and get no reply. F3ck you scamming assholes.

This company doesn't care that its customers are getting cheated by their games. I took screen shots of the game cheating me out of wins on bingo dice so that I'd have to play longer to hit the next level and payout. Then when I complained about it, they put my next payout on hold for a week and told me that it's pending for 7 days. None of my other payouts were pending. I have emails from top surveys saying that they basically don't care that the games are cheating people because it's not on their end. There's nothing they can do about it. We'll I say that's a bunch of bologna. They choose to keep that game on the top surveys site so they are just as responsible now. I sent them the proof and they didn't do a thing about it other than to hold my funds for the next level I passed. Which took me a week to get there. I'm deleting this entire app and everyone else should too unless they want to get scammed out of earnings and cheated. I'm definitely going to show everyone I know the screen shots and emails I have so they don't ever use this dishonest app. It's should be called top scammers not top surveys

The surveys started ok, now they keep changing to another survey 3 or 4 times then kick you out after about 10 mins and give you 4p in English money.

Avoid TopSurveys if you value fair treatment and reliable support.

I completed a paid offer exactly as instructed, using the same device and registering through the tracking link provided by TopSurveys. After spending my own money, I was informed that the offer had not been tracked and therefore I would not receive the promised reward.

The worst part is not even the tracking failure itself. Tracking issues can happen with any affiliate platform. The real problem is that TopSurveys showed absolutely no interest in investigating the issue. They did not ask for evidence, did not try to verify the registration with the advertiser, and did not offer any reasonable solution. Their response was essentially: "It wasn't tracked, so there's nothing we can do."

This creates a situation where users take all the risk while TopSurveys takes none. If tracking fails for reasons outside the user's control, you can lose both your money and your reward, and their support team appears unwilling to help.

I fulfilled all the requirements and still ended up out of pocket. A legitimate platform should have procedures in place to investigate genuine cases instead of automatically rejecting them.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend TopSurveys. Be very careful before spending money on any offer advertised through this platform, as there seems to be little protection for users when tracking fails.

Rather low prices, but - still the way to spend my sleepless nights. They pay very fast, I'm actually happy with this possibility.

after reading the reviews I see that I'm not the only one who was scammed! topsurveys does not respond to emails, they blocked my account and claim that it is fine! through support the same answers and no help! leave them alone, scammers! I only have €18 to choose from and even that is a problem for them! even when I write to them to send it to me themselves on paypal, they do not respond! after the first review I received an email within 20 minutes asking how they are dealing with it and it has been three days now! I have been dealing with this whole problem with them for a week both through support and their email where they do not respond!

Niche down aggressively
Don't try to compete with broad platforms. Pick a specific customer segment (e.g., "project management for freelance designers" vs. just "project management") and own that niche completely. Smaller markets are easier to dominate and generate strong word-of-mouth

Top surveys is one of the most trusting app surveys there is only thing about top survey is that when you get close to cashing out they start screening you out and giving you low money surveys. But other than that you are good when it's time to cash out they even allow you to cash out on $2 but you will have to wait at least a day or two before you get those $2 the only thing that is instant is the five or $10 cash out

The platform is generally reliable in the sense that payments are usually made, but the system itself is poor and very inefficient compared to other survey platforms.

The biggest issue is how surveys are offered and processed. You click on a survey with a short estimated duration (for example 3–5 minutes), but in reality you are first guided through multiple screening and quality checks. After that, you are often redirected to other surveys, meaning that a short survey can end up taking 20–25 minutes or even longer.

In addition, the problem is not only the screening and redirects, but also that during the process you can suddenly be given a completely different survey with a much longer duration (for example 20–25 minutes), while the reward is completely disproportionate (sometimes only a few cents). At that point, you have already invested time in the system and the previous steps, making it feel like quitting would also mean losing that time.

Furthermore, there is no guarantee that the survey you eventually receive is actually the final one. You can be redirected in the middle of a longer survey to another one, or placed back into screening again, making the whole process unpredictable.

In some cases, you complete a large part of a survey, but at the end you are still screened out or redirected to another survey. The time you invested is then not recorded, and no reward is given, even though you did spend your time completing it.

Customer support also usually cannot resolve this issue. They can see that something went wrong, but they state that no compensation is possible because the survey was not technically marked as completed. This is especially frustrating when you have spent nearly an hour in total on their system without receiving any reward.

The problem also seems to be structural: the same errors, screening loops, and redirect issues keep happening repeatedly, with no real improvement over time.

The system also sometimes offers extremely unrealistic survey options, which honestly feel like a waste of users’ time — for example, 23 minutes for 3 cents is sometimes presented as a valid option.

In short: the platform does usually pay out, but the system is unreliable, inefficient, and not user-friendly, making it a poor overall time-to-reward experience.

I often don't get big rewards from offers, but I do very well with surveys. I love working with you all.

I completed an offer through TopSurveys exactly as instructed and even recorded the entire process as proof. Despite successfully completing all requirements, the reward was never credited to my account.

I contacted support and provided clear evidence, including a full screen recording, but the issue still was not resolved properly. The responses felt automated and dismissive rather than genuinely investigating the problem.

This experience has seriously affected my trust in the platform. Users invest significant time completing these offers, and it is frustrating when valid completions are rejected without proper explanation.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious and record everything if they choose to use this platform.

There is something I don't like about the TopSurveys is the prices for each survey. When I downloaded this app through the ads shoving down my throat constantly via tiktok I decided to pick an interest and see it for myself. After downloading the app I saw the price that some were above from £2 and £1 going down to £0.80 downwards. Each time I click over the top price I'm either screened out or disqualified or says it didn't match. Then the lowest pence all show up, no more pounds even nearest to £1. This is caused so much frustration I decided to drop my review and quit. Another issue I would like to highlight the amount of time this has to take to complete the survey became very exhausting and tiring. I already knew this was sort of a scam to me when I couldn't move over £2.86 and I have screenshooted them to show evidence of what I'm saying right now. I don't think anyone in the right kind of mind should waste hours answering survey that takes over than said 16 minutes or less. Before I would even answer them I get kicked out. I no longer find interest of survey cos they're bunch of scams and waste of time completely.

You ask me a political question either democrat or Republican or not sure so I hit not sure the next question is which one of the other two will you vote for?! I just told you I wasn’t sure why you insist on telling me I have to vote for one of them by marking this thing! You really don’t get it do you: if I say I’m not sure that means I am not sure! You don’t have to come back and say which one do you vote for and we can’t go on unless you mark a button!!! That is totally wrong!!!! If I say, I am not sure that means I am not sure and you shouldn’t have to give me the inability to go on without answering the next question!!! Get your head out of whichever hole it is and start looking into your questions! Also, at the very end of the survey you should be we should be able to write what we’d like to know what we didn’t like about the survey! And it would certainly say I do not like you having you having to tell me I cannot go on with a question until I answer when I had already answered with not sure!!!
