Disappointing

I'm beyond disappointed to say the least. I had no issues up until now and If anything seemed scummy of a company. This would be it.

I completed a few paid tasks on an offer, each one tracked except the third one. (According to them) BUT it did track perfectly fine along the other two because not only did I get the 'cross out' and checkmark on the offer itself for that task, I got the pop up saying it will be credited and then it should have went to pending with my other one. It was a higher paid task and I understand they go into pending. Okay fine.

I felt relieved, checked pending and it's not there. I'm genuinely confused. I email support explaining the issues and it's going fine until and she says that my task is in pending and it will be released July 10th. I say great, can you please confirm that BOTH are pending because there should be two.

This is when they backtrack (keep in mind, I did say from the first message the specific offer and amount) now they're telling me tracking failed. I have screenshots of it showing it tracked. All 3 tracked, 1 paid, 1 pending and one is missing and NOW they're saying it didnt track? The task was a $70 purchase and it was worth $66.11. They should have fixed it whether the partner said it tracked or not, their system said it did track because it was completed on my account and the pop up came up saying it would credit me. I would stay away if this is how they're handling things.

not too bad

I wrote a bad review here yesterday because they screened me out a couple of times even though there ads say they won't , in any case I carried on yesterday and this morning got to 5 pounds , I withdrew it and it's in my pay pal account , so perhaps I was a bit hasty, even though I did get a few more screen outs, so overall quite good

LOW pay and BROKEN surveys unpaid for

At first, it was fun. But suddenly you start to realize that you'll click on a survey that says $1 but by the end of it you get paid 0.55 because it routed you elsewhere. Then all of the surveys get cheaper. Then it takes 20 minutes of routing through multiple surveys to get to one survey just to make 25 cents.

Then, you'll complete a big survey and it will freeze right at the end -- and TopSurveys will refuse to pay you because they claim you didn't finish it and "their client did not pay them" for it so they will not pay you.

Simply put, in all honesty you can make about $1 an hour on these surveys. It is not worth the time, investment, or hassle of all of the "broken" surveys you do and then don't get paid for.

You cannot cash out free unless you get to at least $5. Ask yourself... is spending 5 hours to make $5 worth it?? No.

It's a complete waste

It's a complete waste, You will repent once you download this scam app. It's a complete garbage. 1. You will score 1 dollar instantly but later keep waiting for surveys if found one termination will be the end result. 2. Games are developed in such a way that you will play the game in 1: 4 ratio (game 1 minute and ads 4 minutes. 3. Once you reach at threshold of cash out your account will be suspended. 4. Customer support is dumb and bot based. Rest is upto the consumers intelligence to use this scam or boycott it completely?

i recomend not useing this app they…

i recomend not useing this app they will pay u at first but then all of the sudden they will start having tracking problems and if u show them proof that u passed what then wanted they will pretty much tell u to bad and not pay u for it as of now they have not paid me at least 20 to 50 dollars and i just past 2 leavels now and they gave me nothing. So dont use them there are plenty of other ones to use.

Unavailable to finish survey

I think the company itself is good but, the errors it presents at the time of doing a survey sometimes it can be and lead to frustration for the very simple reason: it stops w9rk8ng or it doesn't allowed you to finish the survey or /and at times it just kicks out the already and almost finished survey. This by all means it's the only solo reason I give a 3 starts

I'm very wary of this site

I'm very wary of this site. It makes an awful lot of promises that don't ring true, whilst collecting a hell of a lot of your personal data. After answering several questions of a ' survey' which largely consisted of information re income etc...i'd earned the vast total of 4p. I'm also expecting to be inundated with spam/phishing emails now. It must take a long time to accrued child's pocket money levels of payout. Avoid.

I have to be honest

I have to be honest, it paid me once in the beginning . I spent hours playing games and watching ads and when I say I was, I’m not lying. And one day just out of the blue they blocked my account for games and surveys. I have no reasons why and they don’t let me cash out the money I have in my account. Don’t waste your time there are dishonest.

Not worth your time

I've been doing surveys on this app for about six months. From the start the surveys and payouts were fair. But recently I've noticed that the banners listed time for survey and the actual survey listed time is not true. Banner will say 4 minutes, but actual will be 25 minutes. Then lastly, I've noticed after completed a survey a banner will come up saying there is a problem and time out. I've complained but get zero response. I would not waste your time signing up with TopSurvey

I really felt the need to share this…

I really felt the need to share this Top surveys is an app I truly recommend. I started doing the surveys just to see if I get paid. Now I do them every day so it covers my lunch. Also they still try to compensate you if something goes wrong!! You can also get bonus code off telegram that will help you earn more per survey.

It’s a scam once you get more then $10…

It’s a scam once you get more then $10 you suddenly can’t cash out and it’s all a technical error I have $50 and I’m trying to cash out to my PayPal and it’s not letting me and now I’m getting no reply’s to my request or emails anymore
