Our 23-year-old control panel on our Waterco home spa finally gave up on Australia Day 2026. We’d already replaced it once over the years, but parts have become incredibly hard to find.
After stumbling across a random marketplace post selling a bin of old spa controls, it led me to Will from Top Spas. Although Will couldn’t help with a replacement control panel, he offered an even better solution — a spa upgrade!
He arranged a viewing the very same day I enquired. The spa was amazing, and by Sunday night we had made the purchase. On Monday he packed everything onto his truck, and by Tuesday morning he had delivered and fully installed it at our property — even taking our old spa away.
Thank you so much, Will, for steering us toward upgrading. The quality of the products you sell is outstanding. Spa technology has come such a long way in 20+ years, and we absolutely love our nearly-new Oasis Miami Platinum Hydro!

Will at top spas was extremely accommodating with all my questions on a few different spas that i had mind, nothing was too much trouble and my purchase and pick up went extremely smoothly.
I cannot rate Will high enough and 5 stars does not do the top spa company justice.

Will is friendly, and gives good after support,but my lid didn’t fit and I had to buy another,as I bought without viewing it , then my control panel stopped working ,and will replaced it, but was out of the 3 month warranty period, so that cost me too,all in all fairly happy, but not far off the cost of a new spa after replacing the two items
