Bad customer service

They refused to come to my house to inspect my leaking roof and insisted on giving a quotation for repair cost based on some photos and information that I have sent to them. I live close to their office, so it was easy for them to come.

When I insisted that I need a physical inspection, so that I can get reliable quotation and to avoid any future miscommunication, they requested me to pay 250euros for their inspection visit.

I was not expecting that from a company that states clearly on their website that they provide Free Roof inspections and care about their customers.

I would advise the company to facilitate the Free Inspection process because it is the only way to have a clear idea a bout the scope of work and associated costs.

Thanks for everything!

Nothing but love for these friendly and proffesional workmen. Couldnt do the job on my roof better then this. Would reccomend these guys from TopRoof to anyone, great price great work! Thumbs up for you!
