About Topper by Uphold
Written by the company
Topper is a seamless fiat-to-crypto on-ramp and off-ramp designed to make buying and selling digital assets fast, flexible, and user-friendly. Developed by Uphold, a trusted Web3 financial platform, Topper stands out with higher approval rates and broader crypto support than other on-ramp providers—supporting over 200 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Solana, stablecoins, and meme coins.
Topper is built for both ease and efficiency. Users can instantly buy crypto with a range of payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and even PIX. Selling is just as smooth—U.S. and European users can off-ramp directly to their Visa or Mastercard debit cards, with global Visa support expanding access to more users.
With a simple process—select your amount, choose your crypto, enter your wallet address, and go—Topper puts full control in users’ hands. It's compatible with self-custodial wallets, giving crypto buyers the freedom to manage their assets their way.
Backed by Uphold’s reputation and regulatory reliability, Topper provides a fast, secure, and accessible way to onramp and offramp crypto, helping projects and users alike unlock the full power of Web3 finance.

You didn't verify person very well. I am not the person who used your site. You were scammed and all transactions are under a fraud issue. The person that did Topper, stole the money from our payee Rep account. That is my daughter's SSI and SS money.

It started working great
It started working great. I had no problems. I have recently tried to several times and got denials at least six times. There is no explanation asto why the denials were given. So I cannot attempt to fix the problem.

I would never consider anyone using Topper for anything!! Honestly your account will constantly give you issues. For example: I made an account and verified it fully and then I also started using it made several transactions and then all of a sudden 1 day, a couple days later, I go to make another transaction and it's in a waiting status and has been for over 24 hours and now my count is in review. For what I have no idea, nothing's changed. And I have yet to get a response back from the support team after 10 emails, the Chatbot on the site, it's just it's pathetic.
