Your thieves ! You've been charging my Bank of America card company account $4.95 for the past several months and I cant get you to stop...I never purchased anything from you and have no idea what this charge is for...I didnt subscribe to your $4.95 subscription..I put in a Fraud Claim with Bank of America and you will be investigated to the full extent of the Law!.

Have not ordered anything from them and did not agree to any recurring charges ! Do not know how they have my CC # and have not noticed these charges on my card for over a year ! This is a SCAM !

Being charged 4.95 for what? The one item purchased was cheap lasted one day. please cancel this subscription .

The needle threader is crappy. The main thing I want to complain about is the $4.95 monthly charge on my credit card that I was not aware of signing up for. The credit card company is cancelling the charge for May, but I can't contact Top on Line Bargains to tell them to cancel future billings.

Shame on me for not checking my credit card statement each month. Something was purchased on April 2022 for $17.99. Plus $4.95 and I have been charge $4.95 every month for the pass12 months. I did not agree or authorize to a monthly subscription or dues to be charged to my credit card. I did try to call and I will be sending an email. If the charge appears again I will dispute it with my bank.

On or around 1-10-2023 I ordered a jar opener.
Have not received as of yet.
I e-mailed the company, per the phone message on the recorder, said that they only deal with e-mails.
I e-mailed them four different times. I received only one e-mail back, saying that the product was on its way. I needed this product to help with my arthritis, but yet to receive the jar opener. I noticed that my checking account was debited two days later, after placing the order. This company is crooked and needs to be investigated. There's no place to give a zero rating, so I was forced to give the one star. at this point in time, I want my money back.

Not even a 1 star. Scammers. My mom ordered a needle threaded, never got it and has been charged the $4.95/Mo for a club she never agreed to. Went to the bank and am having them investigated further! 😡😡

company scaming people into a revolving payment of $4.95 a month after making a purchase with them. Then when customer tries to cancel toponbargains they become very hard to contact. This business practice is unlawful and will be dealt with!!!

Please refund my funds as this has still not been received. This is shoddy and awful business. They have kept my money under false circumstances.. Cancelled the order within the hour that it was mistakenly placed. They have cost me an extra $35 because I did not have the money in my PayPal account, thus the charge going to my bank with insufficient funds to cover.

I have been charged $4.95 since January every month tried to call phone # 786-323-8695, never good time only answers machine, tied email, said not us. now what? are you trying to take my money forever for nothing or we need higher authority to remove you from my account. you cannot charge people around just to make money try another way

Made a purchase and after that purchase was charged on my credit card, then they charged $4.95 for a subscription. Did not authorize this charge. Waiting to hear back from them, when I called got alot of mumbo jumbo, had to leave a message.

I just checked the from address and it was a scammer that now has my debit card number!!! I agree stay away from this company!!!!!! hackers.....

Date of order is 11/15/2021 and received on 12/1/2021, without any paperwork at all. (I gave them these reference numbers from my credit card payment - Ref# 5901 and 7295 and asked them to refund my money to that card and gave them the last 4 digits of the card used)
I paid almost $30 for this tiny cheap looking item.
Your ad is totally misleading and misrepresents what this item truly looks like. Shame on you.
The advertisement boasted a 60-day unconditional refund if you were unhappy with their product for any reason.
