Great support experience – issue resolved quickly
I had a small mix-up with my checkout order – I purchased 2 accounts under a BOGO promo but only received 1 initially. I reached out to support and after a quick back-and-forth, Eliezer took care of it and got the missing account activated for me without any hassle.
Really appreciated the patience and responsiveness – checkout can be a bit confusing with the multi-account promos, but the support team made sure everything was sorted out properly. Thanks again, Eliezer! 😊

Challenge not showing solved within minutes

Payout scam
Met all the requirements to be eligible for a 1500 dollar payout, requested it and it got approved, then got a follow up email saying I broke a scaling rule and they kept the profits during the violation so I went back and looked at the rules and I did break them I accept that (my fault) but what isn’t right/fair is when you first start trading your funded account it doesn’t let you trade more than the contract limit so example you physically can’t trade more than 1 mini or 10 micros until you reach the required buffer ok I get that but why did it let me trade more than I was supposed to?? Why didn’t it not stop me from adding more than I was allowed like before? If it falls below the threshold they shouldn’t let you trade more than your supposed to or why didn’t they deny my payout instead of keep the profits during the violation?? I requested 1500 and only got 82 bucks. They kept the other 13xx which is totally unacceptable, they should’ve denied the payout and I should’ve had to trade another 5 days and met the requirements.

You also raised a fair question about the platform, so let me answer it directly. Your allowed contract size is set from your end of day balance and steps up as your account grows, so the cap you ran into at the very start was simply your tier at that point.
While trades over the limit can be rejected or reduced, the platform does not guarantee a real time block at every moment the way that first cap felt, so staying inside the correct size for your tier is the trader's responsibility.
Your point that it should stop you throughout and not only at the start is a good one, and we are passing it to our platform team as feedback. You can see the full plan, including the size allowed at each balance level, here:

On the deduction itself, we want to be clear about what happened, because it is less harsh than it may have looked. Profits earned while over the contract limit are not payable under the rules either way, so that portion would have come out whether the payout was approved or denied. That same scaling article spells this out, it notes that profits from over limit trades may be removed. Rather than voiding your entire request, we removed only the profits tied to the over limit trades and still approved and released the profits you earned within the rules, and your account stays active so you can keep trading. Denying the payout would not have let you keep those profits, it would only have held back the part you had earned correctly.
