They cancel orders for no reason
Super excited to order during a sale. Ordered a rover backpack and a small keychain pouch that matched (and paid the $10 shipping fee). A few days later, I receive an email out of the blue that said my order had been partially refunded because they canceled the backpack, but the keychain was still being shipped (so they kept the $10 shipping). I emailed customer service, asked what happened and explained I'd be happy to wait until the backpack in the color combo I want is back in stock, since I've already paid shipping and have the keychain. They replied and said they were unable to fulfill the order, and sent me a discount code (so they didn't listen to anything I said). I read comments on their instagram and it sounds like they routinely cancel orders for no reason. To return the keychain means I would have to pay shipping back, so now I'm stuck with a keychain that doesn't match anything. Boo.
Go shop at cotopaxi instead!
