Worst internet provider ever, disconnects minimum twice a day and payments take up to 6 hours... Very bad and scam, a 20mbps debut gives like 10mbps

Excellent service

First of all the internet is back, I had to fixed myself! Thank you guys for nothing.
Secondly we live in Tunisia not France, so when we receive a call from you we expect an Arabic speaker to speak with us..
I just received a call from this number 70223700, and the girl was speaking french! And when I asked her if she speaks Tunisian (clearly she has a Tunisian accent) or at least English she said no!! That's really strange!
Anyway thanks again for the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my lifetime! Put in mind I lived in 7 different countries (4 continents)
And u guy's r the worst.

There is no Internet for almost a week and they didn't even find solution and their technical staff didn't even arrive to fix the problem they take forever
The worst Internet provider in the county.

one of the worst internet provider (top***t) its been a week since my internet dropped, they told us that their cable was stolen and they don't have engineers to repair the issue can u imagine. Ps: all the neighborhood suffer from the same problem. what a joke.

I got banned from their social media pages after sharing my bad experience in a comment.

It's a scam. They will drain your pocket and time.

Maybe now I don’t have the means. But I swear to god when I have , I’ll sue their ass for theft and fraud, and I know exactly how to do so .
I pay for 20mb/s and whenever i check all I get is 400kb/s , it’s 2022 people using up to 100mb/s but in Tunisia that’s a dream .

One of the sh- worst internet services that I ever used in my life

Its not bad for me like I usually get about 1.7mb download speed but in some regions it's so shiz, it should be a private business because that will make it better

its basically a dumpster fire

do not go with them we pay for 20mb/s and all you get is barely dialup speeds
man you can basically compare their speeds to 52k modems

They take your money and that it is it, I pay for 8mbs and i am lucky if i get 700/800kbs. we are stuck with them at the moment but, once the contract is finished (12 months) i will finish with them never to return, they are the slowest, thieving, s..t, internet provider in tunisia, anyone who is reading the reviews please believe all of them and do not sign up with topnet, you will regret it if you do.

Literally the least you can expect from an provider. No matter how high your speed is you can always encounter sudden internet cut off, high ping...
It’s just so obsolete and terrible service.
