I’m so grateful to TopMRI — and especially to Andy. They were fabulous.

In December, I arranged a standing MRI for a family member coming from abroad. Everything went exceptionally smoothly, and the outcome was beyond our expectations: at the most recent medical appointment, we were told that this standing MRI helped avoid a major and unnecessary operation. It finally led to a clear diagnosis and a much better treatment plan for the patient — at an age when surgery can be risky. In other words, getting this standing MRI was genuinely life-changing.

There aren’t many companies that can provide this service, and among those that do, TopMRI truly is top. I can’t thank them enough — and especially Andy, who showed incredible patience with my many emails and questions, and helped us find exactly the right solutions in a professional, kind, and exceptional way.

I want to share my sincere gratitude for the incredible service provided by TopMRI. I used them to book and pay for four simultaneous scans (Lumbar spine, right and left hips, and right knee) at the Alliance Medical Marylebone 3.0T clinic 07/01/26.

I’ll be honest: I didn’t expect the process to be this seamless. Coordinating four major scans at once can be daunting, but TopMRI made it incredibly easy. They are a professional, efficient, and reliable team that connects you with top-tier facilities and high-quality 3T technology.

For anyone using TopMRI for the first time: please trust the process. If you don't receive an invoice immediately after booking, don't worry! Just wait a little and stay patient—everything is handled perfectly behind the scenes. I am so glad I trusted them with my care.

Thank you to the whole TopMRI team for making this such a positive experience. I truly didn't expect it to be this good!

I filled out the online forms but they did not contact me . I telephoned the and they said they would get back to me they didn't. Eventually got through and spoke to someone and they said they would get back to me . They didn't...
Phoned again on Friday they said they would get back to me in an hour . They didn't. Phone again this morning and they said they would contact me in 20 minutes guess what no reply.. One last attempt spoke to a nice lady who said sorry you should have been contacted. This was for an urgent MRI which I have fortunately been able to book elsewhere

The company are genuine and very good value. The doctor who looked at my MRI images said they were good, better than the images I had done in 2017. I went to use the 3T scanner at the flagship clinic Alliance/Marylebone in London. I was sceptical at first about TopMRI as I didn’t know anyone who had used them, including my referrer, but my worries were unfounded. I did do some research to reassure myself. Also I had to be persistent in contacting them ( I phoned ) as they are a small outfit but they answered all my questions when I did speak to them (several times). They are polite and helpful. The clinic in London was very good and easy to get to. Results came in a few days. I would use them again.

I had the referral through dr online but never heard anything from the hospital. I essentially paid £30 for nothing.

Edited to add: Andy was in touch following this review. He has now issued a refund for my referral.

Made the process really easy. Contacted them directly and they proceeded to organise the Scan. Would recommend to anyone. 14 Days from first contact to receving the scan results.

Using topMRI was easy and straight forward and the Dr online linked in with the service was extremely helpful and friendly and always on time for his appointments

This process was simple, friendly and swift. Both the doctors online, and the scanning unit were amazing. Having had MRI scans before with the NHS, this was totally different experience, the MRI scan came with your own viewing screen, where I was able to see beautiful lakes & trees blowing in the wind which totally calmed my experience down....massive game changer. The results were very quick, and the follow up call from the Doctor explaining the results we within a day also. Highly recommend this service, worth EVERY penny!

Professional and helpful process from start to finish. Andy easy to reach and very attentive. Scans were arranged quickly and online Dr was a pleasure to feel with. Staff during scans were kind and professional. Would recommend TopMRI and use again.

Everything was arranged promptly and efficiently.

They did their job just pretty slowly and poorly. Better communication from the email responder (Andy) would go a long way. Had to wait a fair amount longer than i should've considering i payed hundreds for the scan...

I have recently used TopMRI for an MRI scan. I couldn’t be more impressed. I spoke with Andy, and within an hour I had been sent a referral and contacted by the radiologist at the scan provider. 45 minutes later, I was in my way to the scan appointment.

Andy kept me up to date with the results process, and remarkably, I received my results, GP explanation and images within 16 hours of my first contact with TOPMRI.

This is an outstanding service and cost less than half the price of other providers, who had waiting times of 9 days for scan, followed by 7-10 days for results

Throughout the very short process, I was able to speak to Andy, who answered his calls even though it was out of hours.

This made a very stressful situation so much easier, and I cannot thank Andy and the team enough.

Reasoning behind choosing topMRI over others was the ease in booking a full MRI, communication with Andy was brilliant. He is so supportive and answered all my questions. The MRI was booked within 7 days of referral and once complete the report was issued along with pictures and a consultation with a DR within the 7 day period. Highly recommend, do not hesitate!

I had a number of MRI scans through TopMRI and I couldn’t fault the process or Andy at all.
Fast responses, easy process and a full report to myself and the my doctor within a week.
Professional company that provide private healthcare at good rates accessible for all individuals.

Will definitely be using the company again for the future.

I booked a CT Scan with Lyca Health Orpington through topmri. Turn round time was supposed to be 1-2 days. After a huge battle and huge distress and aggravation, I eventually received the results 19 days later and only after threatening legal action. Throughout this awful experience, I phoned or texted or emailed Mr Andy Arpit frequently. He always replied promptly but was unable to deal with the issue with sufficient urgency and gravitas to get it resolved with Lyca Health, within a reasonable time frame. He promised to get a full refund but has not done so. He is friendly and helpful but lacked the professional acumen to deal with my issue.

They were able to help me with an open MRI scan when several other providers could not. Although I did not need to proceed with the scan thanks to positive good news from my hospital consultant, the service I got from Topmri was excellent and speedy.

I've been trying to get an appointment for weeks, but I keep being given excuses as to why that can't happen... and that's when they can be bothered to respond to emails.
I've given up trying to phone them.

Filled in the online form. Clearly states will be contacted within a few hours to a day. Now over a week later and nothing. Sham of a company who do not respond. When straight onto Vista health and got appointment confirmed within an hour. Avoid this company as there are a lot better out there

Pathetic, used google to find a private MRI and one of the listed companies was TopMRI. I filled out their online form and waited to be contacted, they called but i could not answer as i work permanent nights so I was sleeping, they then text me from a mobile phone number and asked me the call the mobile phone number back to make an appointment. I replied later and told them to email me to make an appointment, no reply, so i emailed again a few days later, again no reply. This company is a joke. Don't bother with them. What a farce. Calling me from mobile phone number and not replying to any emails whatsoever that I sent to their email address? This screams out a con company / fraud.

They finally contacted me and arranged for a MRI... to a hospital which had no working scanners!! The hosptal then told me they had told all the referers that their scanners were not working so can't understand why they made the appointment.

Do not trust TopMRI whatsoever. they waste your time.

Edit: 30/10/23 I have still had no MRI scan after months of waiting. No contact from TopMRI or the MRI department that they told me that would contact me for a MRI scan.

Don't waste your money. These are cowboys

I used Top MRI to self-refer for an MRI scan at the Medneo Centre London and Andy made the process seamless. You know you are dealing with a professional when the phone is answered immediately and emails are replied to promptly.

Pricing is very competitive and there are *no hidden* charges unlike others I contacted.

I'd also highly recommend the Medneo scanning Centre in Great Portland St. Again, phones are always answered by a polite and friendly receptionist. Both Peter and Emma (radiographers), are friendly and professional and you are reassured every step of the way.

A great service from start to finish by both parties. Would definitely use again, if needed.
