The product price was better than…
The product price was better than competitors, and they even had an additional coupon code. Plus, they offered free shipping and handling.
I also talked with a sales rep prior to the order. She was knowledgeable, nice, and answered all my questions. I then was ready to place the order online.

Product was advertised as being manufactured in Michigan. After numerous delays in shipment we found out they were actually sourcing from China. Now seeking full refund from Amex and PayPal.
