WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEY SIMPLY IGNORE YOU IF THEY DON'T WANT TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A PROMISED REFUND FOR WEEKS! NO ONE ANSWERS YOUR EMAILS, CHAT IS USELESS, PHONE ALWAYS BUSY, NO CALL BACKS. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!

I’m really disappointed with Top…
I’m really disappointed with Top Medical Mobility. The product I ordered had multiple defects and didn’t work properly from the start. I reached out to their customer service, but they were not helpful at all, and I got nowhere. It’s really frustrating to spend money on something that’s supposed to help, only to end up with a faulty product and poor support. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company—save yourself the headache.

This website is a rip-off
This website is a rip-off. I bought a product, and it's defective. The company or owner won’t give me a refund, and they are very unprofessional. The product doesn’t work and is of poor quality. I recommend looking for another website. I have had a very bad experience with this website, and it should be reported to the authorities for scamming.

Our sincere apologies first of all for you needing to take your time to share this. However, upon reviewing in all possible ways any recent issues we had with a defective device and the last time there is any record what so ever of a defective shipment was back in March. Nearly 6 months ago. And this is from reviewing multiple sources in our systems, orders that had any tickets, email communications, notes in the order and I was not able to find specifically any defective product related order since March.
Secondly it is overwhelmingly hard for us to understand that our owners and or even managers would refuse you a refund for a product that is defective because that would directly go against what our companies only goal is each amd everyday "providing true and expert products, care, and satisfaction"
With this being said, something tells me that either there were probably things that our beyond our abilities and or policies and or that you may be confusing with providers because when searching your name throughout our system we are also having no luck finding any related customer with this name.
To come to a final resolution on this, here is my guarantee to you, please contact me at 800-520-8044 ext 108 as soon as possible and provide me with your order number. I am guaranteeing you that if in fact this is as simple as you having a defective product and we refusing to refund you then you have my guarantee right now that you will have a complete total refund as soon as you contact me. However, this guarantee is obviously as if you have an order number with us that in fact you made any prior communication to us about a delivery being defective or your order arriving defective and that we have refused you a refund (to make it even broader for you, even if you contacted us about it up to 2 weeks after delivery [usually policy is 72 hours] I will grant you this as well. that is how confident I am that there is not any order we have since 5 months ago which had any defect issues.

Excellent experience getting a hospital bed
Purchased a hospital bed for my mother staying with us and we were also looking for a very specific mattress and I greatly appreciate all of their time and patience and clear guidance etc. Thanks for all we will remember you
