I order 10 spotlights from them and when the electrician came to fit them 4 weeks later, he told me they were not fire rated. I asked for a refund of the UNUSED items given their website or fact sheet DOES NOT state they are not fire rated and they refused, stating their policy says 14 days to return. Very bad customer service, do not buy from them.
