Unacceptable
This company asks total access to your bankaccount for a period of 6 months in order to do a credit check.
That is a violation of privacy as there is absolutely no need at all for them to know your customers and their payments. In fact what you do is giving a foreign company access to alle you business information without a contract or agreement. In the end they accept a PDF print with blacked out information. Proving that the first request is not needed for their credit check.

We'd like to clarify that requesting financial data (including via Open Banking) is a standard and fully GDPR-compliant practice in leasing and financing. We work with a certified provider under a Data Processing Agreement, which is also transparently listed in our privacy policy.
Open Banking provides structured insights (e.g. cash flow trends) that are not possible with redacted documents. That said, we did offer you an alternative solution, which our team worked hard to accommodate.
We are therefore disappointed by the claim that our process is unlawful and cannot fully relate to this assessment.
topi was very easy and uncomplicated…
topi was very easy and uncomplicated for me. The credit check was approved the same day and managing the devices in their online portal is quite helpful.

The UX feels super intuitive and smooth, client support is fast, and communication is always friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended for small teams that prefer renting over buying devices!

Must try
So far the experience has been great with Topi, especially with the friendly members the community has! In addition, the price of the equipment is affordable and cheaper than other providers.
On another hand, it's a bit hard to find all the equipment that we might need since the search engine is somehow limited. Which makes it easier to contact the staff by email to get results faster.

Amazing product and great customer service!
Renting with topi is a great experience and the perfect way to equip our business with hardware! Instead of high upfront expenditures, we are simply paying a small monthly fee.
