CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY REPLACEMENT. FOR WHAT I PAID FOR THESE MIRRORS IT SHOULD OF LASTED MORE THAN 4 YEARS. THEY WOULD NOTHING BUT HAVE ME BUY NEW MIRRORS. NO THANK YOU!
There are quite a few resellers of imported pickup/auto improvements that have NO phone number or direct contact. This is one more! Their (nonmember) BBB rating is truly abysmal, and reviews on TacomaWorld.com equally startling. However there are products not easily found elsewhere.
IN FAIRNESS to the business, many complaints are the result of poor third-party product fit with a vehicle. This is not the fault of the reseller, but the nature of the products they are selling (bumpers, headlights, mirrors, and more for pickup trucks.) Unfortunately this business has no direct contact method and a poor record of dealing with the inevitable poor fit and damaged goods issues.
