My experience with Kevin was great, as he responded to me rather quickly. As now I'm awaiting my refund.

The goods arrived very quickly after ordering. Unfortunately, despite careful packaging, they arrived broken (ceramic pots). After sending a complaint with photos, I was promised a refund to my account. Great customer service.

They are taking my money again without consent. Be careful everyone! This company is not legitimate. They are running a fraudulent scheme scamming people with cleverly design products offering on internet around the world to charge people as membership fees automatically and continuingly without consent. They blackmail people who got trapped to give them good reviews before they decide to do anything. They have no good reviews about any products of items other than people being blackmailed to say good service for issues resolved and money being refund to bypass the Trust pilot for good reviews listening. I got cheated the same way as everyone here and they're taking my money for the second time without my consent but I have told my bank to stop any payment to them. We must take his operations down from the internet by writing bad reviews to prevent others being scammed. But unfortunately people doesn't know they are being scammed until they've been scammed, it's in the way they designed and created their selling platform. If you've been scammed tell your bank at the earliest possible to stop any transaction payment to them and your bank will sort it out.
