Please do not buy on this site! Im surprised there are some positive reviews?? I am not a person who leaves reviews, but this experience was really horrible and if you dont want to lose money and waste your time - better not to order from them.
I ordered a dress on 16th of June and paid additional money for 10 day delivery - the dress has not arrived yet and its exactly a month now. They keep giving me the tracking number that does not show any tracking?? I requested for refund cause i dont need the dress anymore as it was for the wedding, but they keep insisting for me to wait for the dress to arrive so I can return it and receive the refund?? They said it has gone back to the warehouse, why can't they send it back to themselves rather than send it to me again for me to return it? Nonsense, nothing makes sense and i believe its a huge SCAM.

Easy to navigate around the website, beautiful clothing, even comes up with suggested accessories for the outfit when you add to basket!

Terrible Quality

Do not waste your time and order from this company. Photos and videos are taken directly from another companies website. Material is cheap, poorly made and inaccurate description. Customer services was awful and returning the item costs more than the item itself. Would not recommend, nor is this item appropriate for a bridesmaid dress as listed on the website.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! Dress was poor quality not like photos on site. REFUNDS ARE NOT EASY AND YOU MUST RETURN TO CHINA TO GET REFUND. BUYER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURN WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN COST OF DRESS. RIP OFF and SCAM!!!

Very poor customer service. My dress sustained damage and I was told a refund had been arranged which I would receive and no need to return the dress. When I chased it, I was told it needed returning and then I was told I wouldn’t get a refund after already being told one had been issued. Poor quality dress and will not use Toperth again

Honestly one of the worst e-commerce shops I have ever ordered from. It took them almost 2 months to deliver my items. One didn’t even arrive. And then I had to email them to get my money back for the item that was missing and the one I wanted to return but there isn’t even a proper procedure to do this. You have to email them! And now they haven’t responded to me in 3 weeks. Do yourself a favour and do not order here if you don’t want to loose your money.

I won’t lie, I was annoyed around day 11 when nothing had shown up. But turns out my package was in customs wait. Contacted support and they actually responded quickly. Got the dress a few days later. It’s gorgeous. Mild hiccup, but glad I didn’t cancel.

This has been the worst experience. I’ve worked in customer service and sales. I know how it goes so this is very unlike me to be this mad at a seller but I can’t believe this. I ordered a dress. The shipping took forever but I knew it probably would but the tracking for it was horrible. It wouldn’t update and I thought this was a scam at first.

I received the dress. It was damaged. It had a rip in the dress. No big deal I’ll return. Reached out to them to get a shipping label to return this. They said to me “the dress was in good condition when it left our facility” they wouldn’t honor a return label and kept saying they can’t. I asked to speak to a manager. They refused to. On their website it says and I sent a screen shot to them and highlighted where it said that they will cover the return if something like this happened. It is unbelievable for almost 2 weeks now we have been going back and forth and they will not resolve this issue. I’m just asking for them to cover the return. It was damaged and it was not my fault but they claim it wasn’t damaged but there’s no proof to that.

I reached out to my credit card company at this point because this is ridiculous that they won’t take care of this and honor what they say on their website. I already paid $20 in shipping to get it here. It’s probably going to cost more than that to send back because they want it sent back to china. The dress only costs $30 I might as well keep it at that point but it’s such a waste of money. Crappy material. Crappy customer service. Very disappointing. Do not shop here!

It is the WORST website that I have ever ordered! It’s been 24 days and the package did not even start yet. I have paid 10€ for express shipping…. The company is in Hong Kong and they have a girl named Avery who says every day the same things ‘we apologies for the delay….’ They also sent me an email to review their company with a good review and they will send me an 5€ credit😂. Imagine how much they need it…

WARNING! Returns are outrageously priced. My $100 items cost $200 to return. That is false advertising that they accept returns.

Poor quality items, delivery took 4 weeks, to return you need to send the items back to an individuals address in China.

Great, fast shipping, amazing dress

This company is terrible and you should definitely avoid them! It took over five weeks to get a refund (not even full amount), and the customer service was absolutely appalling. I had a faulty item, but they didn’t believe me and I had to pay £35 to return the parcel. The material was cheap and of poor quality.

This is my second experience with Toperth, and both have been nothing but great! Their products are beautiful and have both fit great! Prices are also so affordable which always gives me a reason to use them when I need to buy new dresses!

I love the dresses, but annoying with how long it takes to send the items but that wouldn’t stop me from buying. I just need to make sure I order well in advance to what I need it for. Excited to see what my next dress will turn up like, this is the second time I’ve ordered from them and love the designs

Amazing experience, the dress is beautiful!

I got pretty frustrated when my dress hadn’t arrived after 12 days. I thought it might be a scam. But support replied quickly and said it was held up at customs. Once it arrived, I was so relieved — fit like a dream. Hope logistics will be faster next time.

I ordered a maxi dress for a holiday in Spain. The design was beautiful and the fit was flattering. However, the shipping took longer than expected – nearly two weeks. I contacted customer service and they explained it was due to customs clearance and hot-selling items being restocked. They were polite and kept me updated, which I appreciated. I was honestly worried it might be a scam, but when the dress arrived I was relieved. Definitely worth the wait – just hope next time shipping is quicker.
