Didn’t have the product I bought and paid for
I ordered a gin, but after not hearing anything for some time I decided to write. It turned out it was out of stock, and they didn’t have it anymore, but they didn’t reach out to me or anything to let me know. Only good thing is I didn’t have to fight or anything to get my money back, but it’s insanely bad service you have to reach out yourself to find out they don’t even have the product you paid for.
Only received excuses, not the items I paid for.
Placed and paid for an order on 8 July 2025. Topdrinks.nl were notified several times that I have not received the order, they told me that they will follow up with PostNL. According to PostNL, they never received the parcel. Based on my experience and other current reviews, it seems that the company is in difficulty. Rather order somewhere else, as you might lose your money.
Topdrinks.nl refunded me in full after this review.

Seems to be the only way to come in contact with topdrinks is to give bad rating. So here we go. Still waiting for my vodka bottles, now it has been 1,5 months. You might be “lucky” that you receive yours in time, but to be safe, I would stay far away from this company. What a bunch of amateurs.
UPDATE: topdrinks may say that they will contact you so it appears that they are reacting on critique. However, I never heard from them. Still haven’t gotten my money back.

Only silence from customer support
I’ve been always happy with your service but this time I’ve made order and it was sent in two boxes. For some reason PostNord delivered only one of them and status of the second one is unclear.
I’ve sent you at least 3 emails but there is no response or interest from your side of that has been delivered for over a week. I don’t know how else to contact you as there is no Danish number to call.

I bought 3 bottles of Heering Cherry, clearly pictured as the original Heering - but I received 3 cheap copies in very different bottles. Very poor in taste compared to the original. I wrote two mails to topdrinks, but got no answer. Stay away from this scam company!

Update of order number RE-2024-0392. After having to send TWO emails asking them to do the shipping costs reimbursement, they “confirmed” with an invoice that the money had been sent. After 10 working days I didn’t get the money back. Today I had to send them a THIRD email to ask them to please finally transfer the money. I don’t know what kind of service this is but it’s the most unreliable company so far, at least for reimbursement purposes. I’m literally begging them to once-and-for-all send my money back. 1 rating star it’s actually too much to give.

Buyer beware!
Wow, really surprised by how poor this companies is in dealing with customer issues. Their phone lines are never answered, they take days to respond to queries or issues, and when they fail to deliver they stop communicating completely AND they keep your money. In my case this amounted to €334. Really surprised that a company can get away with this. Buyer beware!
