The deck tent for our Yngling is a litte bit to short, unfortunatly.

Waszp cover
Purchased a waszp cover, wings down. Quality good but cover is 65mm too short when compared to other makes so doesn't fit over the bow and is too tight over the tramps meaning the reinforced patches are above the wing bars rather than over them. Customer service poor almost blaming the customer.

I informed you many times that u wasn't prepared to leave the boat outside without a cover.
I asked you to send a replacement and then I would send the faulty one back, you refused
I asked you to send a dimension from the back of the foil to the bow and wings from your template for me to check the faulty cover, you refused
I Sent you lots of photos showing the faulty fit and photos of your cover overlaid on another manufacturers clearly showing yours is smaller.
It's is cheaper for me to get a sailmaker to extend your cover with fabric than accept a 80% refund, which was also subject to your further assessment. Plus I would have to leave the boat outside without a cover until you made your assessment, we agreed a settlement and you made and shipped a replacement. Why is that fair when I have clearly demonstrated that you made an incorrect and not fit for purpose product?

We had intensive contact through e-mail with you and your review misses out some important facts for other customers to understand the situation. We take the liberty to add these here:
- This customer is unhappy with its cover
- Topdekzeilen has given the option to return the cover, free of charge, all shipping costs covered by Topdekzeilen
- Customer noted that he was, and still is, using the cover
- Customers can check and verify the fit of a cover but our terms are clear that when a cover is used beyond the fitting and checking the initial right of return is revoked
- Even then, Topdekzeilen has given the customer the option to return the cover, free of charge, all shipping costs covered by Topdekzeilen. Topdekzeilen to assess the possible damage to the cover and will assess this in all reason. A pay out of 80% is guaranteed upfront.
- Customer is not willing to sent it back, instead in-complete reviews are posted, etc.
Nevertheless, we are always there to re-open this discussion with you. Just reach out by e-mail to us.

Got it in 2 days, that’s great, but not the next day as the website promises.
Telephone was not answered. Voicemail got no response. E-mail answer took a few days.
I have still to try the product as I missed it by 1 day when going to the boat.
