With new windows being installed, I knew to get in touch with Top Cat. Provided me with lots of different options and samples which made the whole process very straight forward. My new blinds are now up through out the house and I love them.

We contacted Tony after he was recommended by a friend to provide a quote for Perfect Fit blinds. His salesperson arrived the very next day, right on time, and was both friendly and professional. He provided a quote during the visit, which we were happy to accept as it was very reasonably priced.

The following day, we were contacted with an installation date. The engineer who came to fit the blinds was also punctual, professional, and courteous. He installed the blinds with great care and precision, and the finished result looks fantastic.

At a time when confidence in tradespeople can sometimes be lacking, Tony and his team truly stand out. Their excellent communication, reliability, professionalism, and quality workmanship made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I paid £2,000 for blinds which were fitted in February. During the installation, I pointed out that two clips required for the Perfect Fit blinds had not been fitted. The issue was acknowledged, and I was assured someone would return to complete the job.

Several months later, the problem remains unresolved.

Since February, I have sent emails and contacted the fitter directly on multiple occasions. Each time I have been told that someone would come back to fix the issue, but no confirmed appointment has ever been provided and no one has attended.

What is most disappointing is not the missing clips themselves, but the complete lack of aftercare and communication. Once payment had been received, it became extremely difficult to get any meaningful response or action.

I have now been left with an incomplete installation despite paying in full and giving the company numerous opportunities to put things right.

A £2,000 purchase should come with a professional standard of customer service and after-sales support. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I hope this review encourages the company to finally resolve the matter, but I also feel other customers should be aware of how this issue has been handled.

Thanks to Stuart who came out to measure up for my blinds. He was very helpful and helped me choose my new blinds. Very knowledgeable. Scott who came to fit my blinds was also were helpful. The installation was very easy and quick. I have used Top Cat blinds before and woild definitely recommend.

I love my new blinds! I contacted Topcat Blinds and arranged measuring, Tony arrived the next day and was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My blinds were installed a couple of weeks later. Tony kept in touch updating on timescales and the fitter was professional and friendly. Overall an excellent service provided by Topcat Blinds

My experience with top cat blinds was easy and very informative. Stuart was very helpful in helping us pick the best blinds for what we were looking for. Blinds were fitted just over the 7-10 days but Davie was quick to put these up and such a nice guy. Thanks for excellent service

Great blinds, good value and quick service.

If I could give them minus 100 stars I would! Ordered blinds with the colour started grey slate and when installed these were not slate grey but were taupe. I am still trying to get my blinds changed to the ones ordered which was a year ago! I continue to be ignored. £800 down the drain with no resolution in sight. Do not use this company.

I had wee dave out as a substitute fitter and hes made an abolsote brilliant job of my blinds
