After reading the reviews here i was a little skeptical about ordering, so I've sent them a pre-order message to see how quickly they reply and discuss the product but over a week later nothing, so I can only assume I may get a response in a few months time or they will come on here and attack this review. Either way if I did or didn't order my review is justified as I could have made an order to be left with product and then have to get it reversed.

Insulting me as a supplier, rude and very unpleasant to deal with

I wanted to buy a part for my car and enquired about delivery times. They then put the price of the part I was looking at higher where all the others had not changed. I asked why as I thought I was being played somewhat and had not gotten an explanation yet. This is what I received.

"You do not have to buy it.
We do not want your money."
They explained why which was fine and then:
"We will not sell it for the original price as we are not a charity."
"Maybe next months the bumper will cost XXX GBP, who knows..."

It was very unprofessional and the email was very sarcastic. If they dont want my money then what sort of a business model do they run?
