Go ahead and book with them without any second thought.
I searched for them after reading horrible reviews about rental car companies which rents directly out of the airport and running a scam.
Top Auto is really transparent and very well priced.

Good experience
Good experience. Only two recommendations. First, tell Customers when they pick up the car that you are closed from 2 to 4. Second, fix the parking situation. It was absolutely impossible to find a parking spot to return the car.

Perfect rental - highly recommend!
I usually rent a car through Booking, but this time - after reading so many bad reviews - I decided to look for a different option, something more local and not just a company focused on taking your money. I rented a car two days before my arrival in Palma, and from the very first moment, everything was perfect. From communication via WhatsApp and always being available for me, to a great car at a perfect price, all the way through to the return - it was excellent. I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely use it again when I’m back in Mallorca.

Excellent service
Excellent service, had booked a manual car by accident online but they managed to swap a semi-auto for us on the spot. The staff was friendly and efficient and made the whole process quick and stress free. They even have a WhatsApp chat you can text on or call if you have any problems. Deposit was returned on the spot and came through in a few days. Highly recommend.
