Very slow ticket system at my package…

Very slow ticket system at my package they promote 3hour reply , all tickets replied more than 10 hours.

I took this package bellow for a single website that worked 7 years at small shared package with 10 more sites inside , i wanted to boost the speed so i took that 40euro /month package for a single eshop wordpress site .

5GB RAM

At first day morning plesk was down for service they told me 30 minutes but took 2-3 hours ,,, later same day i got 508 Resource Limit Is Reached site was down for 2 hours.

I just wait for one more setback to refund and move site somewhere else, very bad service for 40 euro package.

I am not doing reviews offen but it is very bad service for the money they ask and the awards they have ..

write / read I/O

Very good all services, good to focus on manage wordpress and wordpress hosting.

One bad disadvantage is the write / read I/O speed ONLY 4 MB/s
nor the mobiles / smartphones have such speed...
observation and at its speed FTP upload.

many companies on every server have network speeds 1 GB/ps
for better results at the data centers give 10 GB/ps
