The main reason for TopQuote contacting clients is to ensure that all of your personal/contact details are up to date, as this would be very important in the event of a claim. The alternative would be leaving you to pay a direct debit for a policy that may no longer be relevant to your life/ commitments.

The policy features were explained clearly and accurately and I was allowed to think about it without any pressure.
On the callback a few days later my questions we all answered and I was happy to proceed.
I was then guided through the application process very efficiently to provide all the necessary information.
