Received my parcel late because of CTT, vendor is honest, customer service is excellent and polite
Customer service is good, they replied to all my emails, however there is the little problem that I never received the product I paid for.
They are polite and helpful in responding to messages... but I Didn't get the parcel. I buy a lot online, other vendors would have just reshipped the order once it became clear there was an issue with this delivery. It's supposed to be 24 hour delivery, it's been a week.
It's obvious that CTT has lost the package, so they should have reshipped right away like all other vendors do. Then they get refunded by CTT, as it's CTT that made them look bad in front of clients.
Now I am trying to get the order reshipped given it's the courier's fault or alternatively some refund, even though reship is usually the easiest solution.
Obviously I will change the review if I do end up with what I paid for in my hands!

Got my parcel, customer service is great, so are products, it's just that local post can be imbeciles. Not the fault of the vendor!

We have checked the situation you've reported and your order has been successfully delivered today earlier in the morning (10th december)
You placed your order on the 24th/nov and it was shipped on the next day. When it was shipped, a tracking code was sent to you that allowed you to follow your order at anytime.
The order took a total of 11 working days (we have announced 2-10 working days to Croatia) and you placed this review before the delivery deadline.
We are sorry for the slight delay but as you can imagine, it is completely out of our control and since the proximity of Black Friday and Christimas, this is expected.
Please consider removing the review and we are available for any questions or doubt that you might have :)
