I have asked for a full refund since we can't reschedule our leave.
The refund never arrived and their costumer service is very poor.

Just started using Top-Cruise-Deals, it appears to be an efficient service. It would be nice to view a map and click on the ports one wants to visit, then have a display of the closest matches with price and dates.

went on a cruise to the Carribean last month (our first cruise ) and we loved it . we want to do more so we have been looking at what is available in terms of information and assistance in choosing our next trip.
we are happy to see so much information out there. we have not finalised our plans yet but we have a much better idea of what the possibilities are.

Not bad but does not stand out from most of the competition
Need more special perks to differentiate from pack. E.G. one site offers their own travel insce. at no charge and it is upgradeable.

I want South Pacific cruises near Australia and get cruises near Bermuda.
I get one cruise I am interested in and has a note, click here for more details. I click there and it goes to another screen that asks me to choose a cruise I am interested in. It is very annoying.
Everything is in US dollars and the companies selling the cruises are all American, when the cruises are coming out of Australia. I prefer Australian companies and Australian dollars.
I find it difficult to find what I want.

I find looking at the other websites that offer specials Top Cruise are fairly compatible
I personally would like to see a bigger concentration on the South Pacific

Holland America web site gives all info required just enter dates number of pax and cruise and up comes total price. I can then look at other dates etc and get answers then not an email telling me to call a number.
