Brought a G scale DCC Percy, the Percy arrived and after unboxing I had found the item was covered in cuts and scratches and chipped paint, I sent photos of the item to the account and he insinuated that I was lying, that he finds it hard that I found these issues after taking it out of the box and saying I was ineligible for a refund saying that Bachmann would never release an item that was such bad quality, he eventually accepted the return, but told me that I can “trouble other retailers” I brought another Percy from Rails of Sheffield and found the same problems but they were 99% more understanding and helpful and offered me the choice to return it, I’d avoid him if you are not happy with items with faults

On multiple occasions, Tootally has straight-up cancelled my order with no given reason. I have to reach out and ask, and they are not willing to work with the customer to reach a solution that pleases either party. Just recently, my order got refunded because they assumed I was a scalper. I just want to enjoy my funny trains, that's all! Nobody else has the items I want available, and they have the gall to deny service. It's like they don't even want to make money!

100% recommend shopping on here, it has fast delivery and is a good way to get US and Japan exclusive items to collectors in the UK. They also have extremely good prices.

Took 6 attempts at buying using evert card in my possession. Finally it seemed to work 2 weeks later no item . Seems payment not taken after authorised . Very annoying amateur set up. With no contact details obvious

Absolutely brilliant service! The website was bang up to date with stock availability. All of my questions were answered promptly.. and there were a few! Steve is very knowledgeable regarding specific product production and availability which helped with my search. Delivery of my order was super swift.... Just a massive thank you to Steve at Tootally Thomas you are a star... you have made one little boys Christmas very special! 100% will be ordering again!

Ordered on Monday and paid extra for 24 hour delivery. The item arrived on Tuesday the following week! Not only was delivery slow but the Hornby boxes were all bashed because they had been shipped in bubble wrap and a bag instead of a box. Amateur EBay outfit at best, not a real business

Bought a Bachman Thomas train costing £100 which developed a fault 9 months later only to be told they have no guarantee outside of the USA read the terms and conditions was the answer but we the shop gives 6 month which has expired now and no offer of any repair.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT and a waste of £100 😤

Amazing service, super fast delivery and amazing quality. I was unsure with this website to start with being real as there’s so many scammers about. I asked about this site on a Thomas Facebook group and so many people replied reassuring me this site was legit. I received my order within 2 days and also the owners seemed super helpful on the phone. 100% recommend.
