I had one and was reasonably happy, then it stopped working, the retailer I bought it from said "were you using a mudguard" , the product is supposed to be IPX5 rated to allow you to ride in all weather conditions. Water go into the inners and the camera is dead. They issued me a replacement and it was dead on arrival, clearly a massive problem with quality control, avoid this camera like the plague !
I'd already ordered a DVR80 from a UK retailer and find it a good bit of kit but I wanted a couple of extra mounting brackets to make it easier to transfer the camera between bikes.
I came across this site and it appears genuine so I ordered a couple of brackets and quickly received an email confirming my order. I then heard no more from the site. I emailed after a week but got no reply and emailed again after the suggested delivery date but still no reply.
I raised the issue through PayPal but the company never responded. After a couple of weeks I escalated the issue with PayPal and still no response from the company.
PayPal has now issued a refund.
I don't know whether the site is genuine but I would not trust it as you may never receive your order. There are other trustworthy retailers who do sell the camera and would suggest purchasing Tooo products from them.
