HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have an Atlas wheel balancer that has an issue. Over the course of a week and a half I have contacted them 8 times by phone, 3 with email. If I wasn't disconnected, I was either transferred to the wrong department, or the call was dropped, or I was promised someone would get back to me. no one has contacted me. They seem to only care about sales and not service. I am in the market for a lift, I mosr certainly WILL NOT BUY ONE FROM THEM!!
