Quick delivery. Helpful staff.

I bought a mains fuel transfer pump, which is excellent. It is a heavy peace of kit which had obviously been dropped in transit resulting in the alloy base plate arriving bent. I have managed to straighten it to some degree, the packaging needs to be improved for such a heavy item. Otherwise excellent product and service.

First off, Toolhouse were very easy to buy through, delivery was good! This is a very sturdy tool, cuts well and ideal for my workshop I have used this tool constantly since I purchased it and after a little time to get used to it am getting the job done much quicker with less fuss so yeah like it👍

Ordered a Clarke Rotary Soil Sieve from toolshouse.co.uk, as it was the cheapest option I found, even after searching for it on Ebay. Very fast service - it arrived well before expected, and well packaged. The sieve is fantastic - easy to put together, and has saved so much effort in the garden.

Been waiting 2 weeks for tool bag to come, evri ‘says’ it’s in transit but when I type the tracking number in it does not exist

Scam. Didn't deliver goods as they said I didn't give them the right address. That's a lie. I've been repeatedly asking for a refund but they are not answer me. Now that they got this review from me they have sent a discussing email. This is what they said:

Not sure the reason you are posting a fake review, YOU know YOU provided an incomplete address, it is YOUR FAULT.
We are an honest business we are not scamming anybody, we are an small family business and people like you who is only looking to damaged our reputation is the kind of people who destroy the country
