Great service
Received really quick and was well informed all the way. Great bench really pleased folds nicely and really sturdy. Good price, would purchase again highly recommend. The work bench has great features that fold away on the bench like the useful clamps and shelves.

I’ve yet to receive any delivery of my items. Delivery has been passed off to DHL who are equally as awful and in addition, next delivery must mean something else. It’s now 3 days with no contact from the company to check delivery or satisfaction. Terrible service and will be looking to get a refund.
6/11/2025: Still no delivery and no refund being processed. Extremely disappointing, Avoid buying from this place.

Good service and best price I could find
The excel wet stone grinder arrived in good time, in it's box and well packed. The box was undamaged and.te contents were all there. My experience with this company was really good with excellent service and at the best price I could find. The tool itself works well and looks good quality.

“I received my delivery without any quality. The DeWalt machine arrived outside of its original packaging, and the support I received was not good. The company expected me to pay for the delivery, even though they never informed me that the machine would come without its original box. I am completely disappointed with the team and with my purchase.”

We do explain on our website that as we buy in bulk we do not supply with the expensive retail packaging.
This cost is passed on directly to our customers which is how we can remain very competitive
The tools are 100% new and genuine and can be registered for extended warranties.
Most customers prefer not receiving packaging they will just dispose of, they prefer the cost saving.
As there is nothing wrong with your purchase, we are happy to refund you in full, but we do ask you to pay for the cost of the return
