What a pathetic site - Avoid like the Plague

What a pathetic site - their vendor unilaterally cancelked my order due to allegedly advising that they couldn't honour the price.
They requested that I cancel it! Nice dodge that as they have no record of the breaching of retail law.
A complaint made to ManoMano customer 'services' was ignored completely - and have still heard nothing to date. Useless.
'Toolriffic' are the incompetent vendor who unilaterally refunded my £139.36 instead of my belt sander. My current project has had to be put on ice. Not so 'triffic' eh? Toolriffic have been labelled by me with their new name: 'Toolthetic'.
So avoid ManoMano like avoiding 'Toolthetic' Toolriffic'.

As you probably know they are not obliged to honour my order - but they have breached the UK's retail law - if Trading Standards were up to scratch they'd be able to prosecute - and would advise Toolthetic to honour their sale.

So no negotiation, no response from customer services. Just pathetic useless 'service'.
