I made a purchase with free "2-5 business day" shipping, but my order did not arrive for 13 days (9 business days). I did not get any kind of shipping confirmation until I emailed them on the 6th day after placing my order, asking for some kind of status update. It appears DHL did not receive my package until the 8th day after my order was placed.
Absolute garbage. Not reusable. Once in place for months basically impossible to remove if you have purchased a larger one. I have photos of me trying to remove it and it is stuck so hard to the glass that it is leaving particles. Half of it won’t come off the glass no matter how hard I pull and peel it. Now I need a handyman to come out and get it off!!!
I've purchased five things from tooletries, including a mirror, a toothbrush/razor caddy, a soap holder and two hooks. The mirror and caddy stick to my shower tiles. None of the other three, however, stick. Clearly it's not an issue with the tile. But their 'customer service" essentially refuses to do anything to help. They won't replace the items that don't work, and they won't refund me. I'd avoid them.
Razor holder doesnt stick in the shower or on tiles. Contacted customer service. NO resolution, just saying we have the wrong tiles basically.
How ridiculous, take back your crap at least..
I bought my other half the mirror, body and face scrubbers with the correct holders. He loves the face scrubbers, but the holders are useless and so is the mirror as none of them actually stick in the shower, which was the whole reason for buying them?! Very disappointed given their price 🙁
