Great customer service
I’ve had about 6 pairs of Toolally earrings now. I always get compliments when I wear them. They come beautifully packaged too. I’ve had an issue with a couple of pairs this week which customer services resolved immediately. It is really nice to be able to contact someone easily and get an immediate response with a very generous solution to the problem.

I have 5 pairs of earrings from Toolally collected over the past few years. I have had 2 instances (18 months apart, different earrings) where I've needed to contact customer services. Both occasions I've received a swift and friendly response from Abigail who has gone above and beyond to help with the situation. The level of customer service is outstanding.
I requested wether a particular pair of earrings could still be bought.
They were made for me !!! They arrived the next day.
Response to emails were immediate. Great care and attention given to packaging.
