Wagering didn’t count on live dealer
Played about 40 EUR worth of Lightning Roulette thinking it would count toward my bonus wagering, but when I checked progress it was still at zero. Turns out live games don’t count, but that wasn’t obvious when I claimed the bonus. Feels misleading.

Had a bonus active and played about 50 spins on Money Train. Later realized that game contributes zero percent to wagering. Nowhere on the slot page did it say that, only buried in the terms. Feels like that should be shown upfront.

Support closed my ticket without solving it
I opened a support ticket about a bonus issue on Tuesday and got one reply asking for my username. I responded right away but then the ticket was marked as resolved on Thursday without any actual solution. Had to open a new ticket and start over.

Live chat offline when I needed help
Had an issue with a payment around 9pm and the live chat was just offline. The site says 24/7 support. Had to send an email and wait till the next afternoon for a reply. If you advertise round the clock help it should actually be available.

Reactoonz had unusual lag spikes
Playing in a doctor’s waiting room and Reactoonz kept freezing for 2-3 seconds between spins. Other slots worked fine so maybe it’s that specific game. Still playable but distracting.

Crazy Time not loading properly
Tried joining a Crazy Time session late night and it kept buffering. My internet was fine for other things. Switched to a Pragmatic slot instead which worked perfectly, so seems like a live casino issue.
