If I could give 0 stars I would. Everything about this site is awful. Starting with their ridiculous hidden T&C's for their welcome offer, right up to their slow painful withdrawal experience and everything in-between.
Their customer support are the least friendly and helpful just repeating the same phrases. Nothing every gets answered or resolved.
Their 'missions' and 'quests' never work properly.
The site isn't very user friendly and random. Cash out options are never available.
I could go on. Just avoid using them.

I was a long-term VIP customer with TonyBet, but my experience when a dispute arose completely changed my opinion of the company.
Following the confiscation of €11,879.74 in winnings, I repeatedly requested a clear explanation and supporting evidence regarding the alleged bonus-rule breach. Instead, I received inconsistent explanations over time and never felt my specific questions were properly addressed.
My biggest criticism is not simply the decision itself, but how the complaint was handled. My formal complaint was acknowledged, yet I experienced long periods without a substantive response despite multiple follow-up emails. Meanwhile, I continued receiving marketing and VIP communications throughout the dispute.
I escalated the matter to the relevant regulator, but remained disappointed with the outcome and the lack of detailed engagement with the inconsistencies I had raised.
Eventually I closed my account because I had completely lost confidence in TonyBet’s complaint handling and customer service.

All good, until you try to withdraw.
Round and round, told documents were fine, try to withdraw again, documents are now not fine.
Now I need to provide a trace id on an old deposit from a different channel, which cannot be obtained and they know it, incorrectly stating it is part of KYC. I work in the industry and know this is a delay tactic.
Customer service is so bad it has to be deliberate- closing chats, repeated irrelevant cut and pastes, refused to take a complaint.
