I wanted to try out their free boxer (just pay for shipping), but I never received anything. I read some reviews on trustpilot about this company and I got a bit scared to get scammed. I mailed their customer service with the question if they can delete my account for me because I can’t do it by myself with an unpaid order. I got a vague short reply saying that I had to wait even longer for my order to arrive. I waited again and still nothing. I sent a new mail where I said the same thing as I said before. Tono then told me (in another very short informal mail) “we registered your order as not received and we sent you a new item”. Of course I still haven’t received anything and my account still isn’t deleted. I’m also not sure if I have to pay the shipping costs of this new package. At least I didn’t pay for anything (yet).

TLDR, Scamsite with really bad customer service.

After getting my sample I ordered some merchandise from their's net shop.
At the same time I wrote to the firm and told them that I only was interested in net shop and I didn't want any subscription and therefore had removed that part.
As I never got the underware I ordered I contacted the firm by mail. They told me that they will send it within 10 days. I waited a long time and again contacted the firm asking them about the delivery. They just told me that they had removed my subscription. Peculiar statement as I already had done that myself by logging intot the site. I asked again for my paid order and got no answer after that . It's in my world triggering and cheating. Judge yourselves. Don't handle with them is my advise to you.
