I have very good experience, I visited the Web site/e-shop, couple of minutes I searched needed cartridges for my Laser Color printer, selected needed cartridges (non-Poem, but perfect price), put to the basket & selected parcel servise for delivery, then finally confirmed the order. It was Friday 24.April and on Monday 27th I obtained box with cartridges (I paid at the delivery) . Very simple!
