I had an email giving me a promotional price for a cartridge. When I clicked the link I got a totally different price on the site. Although only £2 different I thought it was poor marketing, so decided to search for the same cartridge online. Incredibly I found the same cartridge directly from HP £21 cheaper, so I bought that and have now stopped my account. For a business that claims 'Buy cheap Ink and Toner‎', I'd suggest the slogan needs changing and recommend customers shop around.

Worst costumer care ever. Failed to deliver the package, left it at a random local shop without notice, I only found out because I emailed Tonerjet. They gave us two weeks to retrieve it from the shop before it was returned to tonerjet, but the package was gone in 4 days. When I complained, they lied about the date that we were supposed to pick it up (even though it was in writing in the same email thread) and then acted like I was trying to place an order through email.
Seriously, don't buy from them.
