Have made my 4th purchase from these guys for a high end HP wide format printer - and in addition to them having just about the best prices available, their ability to deliver to me in South West WA in a couple of days is outstanding! Highly recommended

Ordered ink and paid extra for express post as normal post can take months to reach my regional area. 2 weeks later I've received no ink and no notification that it has been sent so I email them. They do not respond. Then I message them on Facebook and again they don't respond but I can see they've seen they've seen the message. A day later I try again and they finally respond. Tried to blame me as they said they had tried to call me, even though they have my email address and could have tried that and I had no missed calls. Claimed my address was wrong, which it wasn't but I gave them a PO Box number and reiterated that I needed it sent express post. They sent it parcel post and when I complained they told me to tell Australia Post and they wouldn't refund me until the goods were received back to them. They take absolutely no responsibility for anything.

I have been using Toner Bee for both personal and office printing supplies for several years. Their prices are always competitive and most of my orders have been delivered within 24 hours - brilliant service all round!

I ordered a Brother Waste-Toner Bin at 12.35pm on 18 May and it landed on my doorstep at 10 am the next morning in Brisbane. Brilliant!

I'm based in Sydney and ordered on a Tuesday night, the courier delivered the toner 2 days later on the Thursday at 7pm. That was pretty impressive I had no idea they deliever past the standard 5pm. Amazing shipping experience. As for the toner, it worked very well on my Brother MFC-L3750CDW. Colour representation was just as good as original. Would recommmend these folks.

Order online with the correct model and they sent me the wrong items, when I called, the customer service people (probably the boss) insisted that I ordered the wrong one. How can I have ordered the wrong one as I have the original model in front of me. Then he said he can credit it by can only refund 75% plus their restock fee. I think it is criminal. on the website it claims the price is cheap, but probably they get their margin by sending people the wrong product and get 25% plus restock fee which is good margin for doing nothing. I will definitely contact consumer affair,Will give -5 if there is one n review

pretty good. Bought some toners for my brother printer and worked just as well as the genuine one but 80% cheaper. Good supplier

Had some trouble with placing order online so I called the customer service line and spoke with a very helpful gentleman who assisted me in placing the order.

Toner Bee is an awesome company. I ordered some ink cartridges because they were cheaper here than anywhere else and the price included free postage. I expected to wait a week for my parcel to arrive, but it rolled up the next morning. Thanks guys. I will be back. ☺
