We recently contracted with ToneGrid (InterSpace Distribution Limited) under their Pro Plan. During our onboarding phase, we experienced persistent infrastructure and technical deployment failures, including documented nginx routing faults, system deployment errors, and severe metadata attribution faults that compromised our operations. (They Have Fixed It Since This Review, more issues seemed to come up though.)
Due to these ongoing technical deficiencies, we chose to exercise our contractual right to terminate our service agreement effective immediately pursuant to Section 12.3 (Termination for Convenience). Prior to our formal termination notice, the platform's CEO, Eric Okechukwu, provided an explicit, written commitment via electronic communication stating that a full refund of our setup fees would be honored without argument upon our request. Under Section 1.2(f) of our signed agreement, electronic communications explicitly constitute legally valid writing.
However, during a subsequent resolution call on July 2, 2026, the CEO explicitly reneged on this written corporate commitment, refused to issue the refund, and used highly unprofessional language and profanity toward our executive team.
We have officially issued a formal cease-and-desist revoking their limited license to host or monetize our catalog, as JW Systems LLC retains 100% of all right, title, and interest in our proprietary content under Section 5.2 of the contract. This platform's infrastructure is currently unstable for enterprise-level or high-volume distribution, and corporate commitments are not honored by its ownership. Independent labels and distributors should proceed with extreme caution.
