Terrible Experience – Avoid This Shop!

I ordered a Smartmi Bidet Seat, expecting a brand-new product, but what I received was clearly used, unhygienic, scratched, and the wrong version (I ordered the upgraded version). It’s shocking that they would send out what appears to be returned items as new!

Despite providing clear evidence of the issue, their support team refuses to replace the product or offer a refund. It seems like they have no interest in resolving the problem.

This doesn’t seem like an isolated incident either – just check the 1-star reviews. It looks like they’re running a recurring scam, so I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this shop. Don’t waste your money or your time here!

Ordered a audio amplifier on Feb'24

Ordered a audio amplifier on Feb'24. As I had no evolution on the order status, sent them a query and got a reply saying the item was being inspected for perfect function. Today I received another email saying that the item was sold out of stock. Good thing I've used Paypal as they have credited the amount. This made me loose time. Will not buy from this company in the future!

A complete shame company

A complete shame company. Sent me a damaged inverter drive I sent photos back and would not replace the unit. I was eventually offer £15 refund from a spend of £90. They said that if I was to return the item it was at my expense. I agreed to £15 refund but this has not materialised. Don't buy anything from this company.

TomTop does not adhere to their product warranty

I am extremely disappointed by TomTop. They do NOT adhere to their product warranty - even after I sent them the requested video showing that the pen is not working! They did not want to refund me the pen and it obviously did not work after I received it. I was not able to connect it to my Xiaomi Pad 5. A lot of trouble and wasted money. They even ban my product review. Today I was at the local Xiaomi shop and they searched for the SN number of the device. They couldn't find it and concluded it is a fake product.

Good experience with Tomtop

Good experience with Tomtop. Ordered a rice cooker from them which came directly from China. It was surprisingly fast delivery and arrived in perfect condition. I was informed of the despatch date and given the necessary tracking details. Would not have a problem ordering from them again.

Next to useless customer service.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Never worth the pain and time to sort out to save a few pennies if you ever get the goods that is.
Mine never arrived.

please, I hope you come her before you order.

I had £250 taken from my account for an order and then they sent me an email saying I hadn't paid. Tried to email, and now get no reply.

Please avoid this company. We couldn't afford to loose £250 :( I guess not many can.

Ordered a trail camera and they said it would deliver in 5to 7 days its been 4 weeks emailed 2 times a week to customer service named Steven and after 5-6 enquiries about my refund now he doesnt answer the emails total fraud company no refund or ackknowledge of their failure had to go my visa bank and they are processing my refund

No after service. They will lie to you.

The stuff they sell is ok and delivery wasn't bad bearing in mind it was sent overseas.

However, if anything ever breaks. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.

Last year I bought a 3D printer from TomTop. It worked fine for about 8 months.

In November the printer started failing. The print bed temperature was fluctuating wildly and the printer software kept crashing citing a thermal runaway.

TomTop spent the next two months getting me to run various tests on the printer, most of which involved opening the thing up and taking voltage readings from various components. I'm pretty sure they were just trying to scare me off.

At the same time I was speaking with Creality (the manufacturer) who were equally useless and getting me to perform pointless tests. Eventually Creality agreed that it was the motherboard that was at fault and that TomTop should replace it.

I relayed this to TomTop who then repeatedly asked me for the serial number of the motherboard. Despite me telling them over and over that there was no serial number on it. I sent them multiple photographs of the motherboard showing the lack of serial number. This carried on back and forth for a few weeks.
They were deliberately obtuse and using the language barrier to evade any questions or to properly respond.

Finally in late December they agreed that they'd send a replacement motherboard.

When the package arrived, it was a 20p thermistor (which incidentally was the first thing I replaced when the printer started playing up) and not the motherboard.

They're now not replying to my emails.

So now I have a broken printer and I need to buy a new motherboard myself.

TomTop is a dishonest, deceitful and petty company. If you're buying anything that could possibly require any kind of after service, go somewhere else. They are not worth it.

These are scammers. Buyers please beware. I ordered a replacement TV control 4 months ago. They said it was with royal mail on its way but no show. They refuse to answer my emails. THEY ARE PROPER SCAMMERS EVERYONE!

horrible experience and they still have my money ... ordered two years ago ... nothing arrived ... a bunch of emails ... check the local post office ... that way continued ... i have mail seven months after ordering from with the same text ... check the local post office ... after two years they say six months is the maximum for a complaint ... we are sorry for the inconvenience ... a totally illegal practice

I've reported this company to my bank, National Clearance Hub (Customs), Parcel Force, Action Fraud and Trading Standards.
This company continues to import fake goods from China, even after I reported them 2 years ago. It appears that they will continue to do so.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. EVERY TIME.
