Great fitter,but very pricey

Had emergency with up-and-over motorised double door. Support collapsed on one side, bringing door down on to roof of car. Tom's was approachable and helpful. Repairs were provided speedily and efficiently with minimum fuss at reasonable cost.

Relableand trustworthy, he carried out the work to a high standard.

£249 for a job that took exactly 49 seconds

Quoted £1089.00 then lowered to £995.00 then lowered to£650.00. Got the part myself for£178.00. Total rip off merchants.

Total rip off. Charged £550 to replace 2 cables and took a week to do it. And then sent another invoice having already paid! My own fault - should've looked for a local company, but was mislead by this national outfit showing a local phone number. The fitter did a good job.

Our garage door broke on a Saturday and we rang toms garage doors who sent someone out to us within 2 hours . Really nice guy who sorted the problem and it’s been fine since . Great service especially at the weekend

They came out to our garage door prompt manage to sort it out the first time but only lasted a few week but then came out a second time and refixed it and at the moment all seems good and working well

Repair last 1 month, wasn't guaranteed as promised as only a repair with new parts are guaranteed apparently , not what I was told at the time, and I was charged twice, although did get the second payment back.
