Love the app! Really great repertoire of music. I would love for harmonicas to be added to instrument choices

This is a fabulous resource with staff behind the scenes who go above and beyond to assist. I purchased a year long gift card which I couldn’t get to work on the system. I’m not tech savvy so contacted Tomplay via their contact us’ link. This was on Christmas Eve so I didn’t expect a reply for a few days but Ana, from Tomplay, got back to me within an hour or so and redeemed the voucher onto my account without me having to do anything else.

Excellent service from people who design and deliver a service, without which, I would probably have given up playing by now.

I downloaded an accompaniment song but it kept stopping mid way through. Pablo gave me step by step help, checked in multiple times, and walked me through the process of problem solving. I am very tech deficient so to have a successful outcome from a text format was very empowering. I also appreciated his next day follow up.

I purchased my husband a new trombone for Christmas last year and purchased a subscription to Tomplay to go along with it, thinking he could have access to all the music he would want! This is truly such a great service! Unfortunately, being in med school my husband has not had the chance to play his trombone more than a few times over the past year and he has not used this service at all. When I got the notification that the subscription was renewed for another year on Christmas Eve, I immediately went in and cancelled and then emailed customer service asking for a refund. Because it was a holiday, I was not expecting to hear anything back until after the new year but they responded within hours. She explained that they do not typically give refunds but because she could see we have not used the service at all, she gave me a full refund.

Absolutely fantastic! The tools that allow to adjust the tempo, isolate a section to loop over and over are a huge help when learning a new song.

There were several songs that I couldn’t find in the catalog. I emailed customer support and got a prompt response with my questions answered!

I will be renewing my subscription!

Great app to play (cello) music accompanied, pretty good choice of music scores, ability to change pitch and/or tempo is brilliant. My only wish would be to have more classical music scores. Customer service is excellent.

I recently installed Tomplay and to be fair it didn’t run properly. Contacted customer services. They were extremely helpful. Sent screen shots and they sorted out the problem which, by the way was due to a setting on my desktop. Highly recommend

Tomplay has been my primary method for learning the Sax. Having such a big catalog of music at all levels is great and being able to either isolate the sax part to aid learning or turn it off and just play with the backing track is great. Add to that the ability to annotate, slow down and loop phrases it is the perfect learning tool whilst still being ideal to just play for fun! I've been using it for 3 years now and still love it!

I find this app very useful for myself and my students. Not all students can afford this app so I download or print out a copy for the student to go home and practice so that when they come back to the lesson it can be played with the playback. It is great for gigs as I do not have to turn pages or fly off music stand on windy days.

I have been playing along with YouTube songs but good songs are hard to find and all the ads got on my nerves.
Recently I bought the Tomplay app and I am really enjoying playing all the different music.
Good sound and easy to use.
Also, I had a few questions with the set up of the app on my laptop. I asked the chat person and he patiently helped me.
I hope to improve my saxophone 🎷 playing to the next level while enjoying the music on Tomplay.

Your admin staff took care of a double subscription I ended up with when my wife book me a one year gift card subscription as I had just done so. I was reimbursed.

Tomplay is an incredible addition for any instrumentalist or vocalist. As a singing saxophonist, Tomplay has just made practising and performing so much easier. As a singer, you can sing along with high quality backing tracks. You can change the key or tempo. You can record your voice along with the backing track and listen to your recording to fine tune all aspects of the performance, and you do all of this within the Tomplay app! It's a very simple process. As for saxophone, there are hundreds of transcriptions and collections for you to play through, again, with high quality backing tracks. This program is a must-have for any musician at any level.

After 80 years of enjoying life with 70 of them playing saxophone, piano, singing, etc., I have seen and tried many applications attempting what Tomplay does. This is the best I personally have ever tried. It is amazing in so many ways. For beginners it is an outstanding teaching/learning tool. For intermediate players/singers it offers forward moving challenges. And, for advanced players it presents new ideas, reminder arrangements of old songs from every era and genre, and, it offers new songs to expand repertoire. Tomplay is absolutely amazing and I love it.

I must say a word about customer service. I made a seemingly small error when signing up. It was completely MY mistake causing some headaches for me and for Tomplay representatives. The customer care - particularly Ana - was far beyond helpful. Patient, understanding of my goofy mistake, very clear in their response, and extremely helpful in repairing my foul up. Tomplay and Ana could teach a lot of companies about a better way to do business.

This is a scam. They offer a free trial period which you have to give bank details. When trying to cancel the process is made difficult. Free should mean free so don't use this. Basically the app is really poor and not worth having

The Software is Great and offers very nice Songs!

I love Tomplay. It has everything you need to learn effectively. The catalogue is divided into levels of advancement, that enables to learn gradually- from the easiest pieces to the most difficult. Not only can you play alone but there is also a possiblility to play with another person.
However I would appreciate one thing- e.g. for songs played on violin (main theme) that there would be "piano accompaniament score" available for each piece (with information about "level" of the accompaniament).
It would be helpful for people who want to play together but they still learn and are on different levels.
