At first I was skeptical as I've tried experian boost and nothing happened!!
Tomo Boost is a subscription so I didn't want to commit to the VIP or whatever they call it. I'm on the basic plan and they have just (after 2 weeks) started showing on credit karma for a $1,000 line.
Note: They first has $500 and I had to add my bills, rent etc, - I guess it helped to first have $500 and then add bills because it showed up as a credit line increase and my score wen up 12 points.
customer support takes a LONG time to reply, and I don't want to pay for premium support.
