When you go the vacuum
When you go the vacuum, one or both hoses doesnt work. Never see anymore checking them or outside to tell them. Going back to Cheetah Clean
It was my first visit and so I was…
It was my first visit and so I was thrilled the way the Cashier served me, customer oriented, they had a promotion going on, the car was well cleaned, vacuum cleans powerful and so I was impressed. Great environment from my experience. Ms. Erin was the cashier that served. She was well educated when I asked her to explain how the promotion works, and what to expect next. The environment was clean. I went to the one in Alamo Ranch. Prayerfully and hopefully my first experience carries on because I do not like surprises. You all be blessed and do the right think you all will be well. God's blessings.

Used it and 2020 RAV4 was damaged after 1st checking to read signs with NO POSTING Signs saying they are not responsible for damages.Long story short the water jets were not calibrated correctly and and damage without $20 refund for wash was $364.87. Brian Daniels was notified in April & still not paid what I was awarded in small claims court! Over 21 days since last call & voicemail from him, when he lied and said check was in the mail. On 9/17/24 he said girl who writes check is out of the office and he would call me! I have a lien in Rankin County against his property.
No one was paying attention
No one was paying attention, the cashier and the manager were visiting and visibly distracted. Midwest city location.
Used to go once a week but not anymore. Too many car washes to choose and appreciate your business.
One Month Old and Already Damaged by Tommy's Express
Our son brought his one-month-old Toyota Corolla AWD Hybrid to the new Tommy’s Express in Duluth, MN around the 4th of July 2024. We noticed shortly thereafter that there were deep scratches in a swirl pattern on the right passenger side of the trunk of his new car. These scratches are so bad the trunk must be repainted professionally at a cost of $1200.
The on-site manager at the Duluth, MN Tommy's Express has been polite in our interactions. However, the company's approach to customer service seems to be rooted in obfuscation and delay. This company can act quickly when it comes to charging customers a monthly fee. However, they need a labyrinth of management to approve or act on damage claims.
If we were aware of the considerable number of damage complaints associated with this company, we would have advised our son to take his car elsewhere. The body shop personnel advised us to seek out touch-less car wash facilities in the future to avoid damage to the car's finish.
I just needed to get ice cream that was
I just needed to get ice cream that was spilled on the outside back door of my vehicle so I saw this place first and dropped in, as my car was just washed the day prior. The way the GM up soled me was impressive since I’m in sales myself It was a deal I couldn’t pass on. I’m now a member and can wash anytime I’d like to!
BEWARE!
BEWARE!! We have been using this car wash because they take Dually trucks. This location is located on Goldenrod Rd. Damage occurred on July 5th on our visit from either the blower or brushes inside the car wash and it forcibly ripped off the side fender strip around the wheel well on the drivers side front. After pulling out from the parking lot and pulling onto Goldenrod Road (1 block away) we heard a noise and realized the strip around the wheel well fell off completely and all the tabs holding the strip in place were snapped off from the force of the car washes brushes or blower. We turned back around to notify the manager at Tommy’s car wash on what had happened. We spoke with Mike the manager on duty and he took all of our contact information and took photos of the damages. Mike then advised us he would be calling us back within the next week of the next steps. We never heard from Tommy’s or Mike the following week so I called to do a follow up. I was advised that he didn’t save the information on his tablet and I needed to provide him the information once again. Highly unprofessional. Mike then advised me he would escalate this to the additional manager of what happened and would call back the following day. Once again I had to initiate the call because he failed to do so again. Mike advised me on that call that Annabelle (unknown position in the company) made a decision that they would not cover the damages to our vehicle . Mike advised me that it happened in their blower and they do not cover damages from their machines on vehicles. This is inexcusable. This is on a 2022 3500 Chevy. I would not recommend this company and I would be cautious as they take no liability. We will not be going back as they are not professional, have poor management and lack poor business practice!

So I emailed customer service to cancel membership well immediately after I told them never mind I suspect everything is fine I get an email your membership is canceled clearly no one listens so I had to repay on July 6th when I just paid on the 4th expedite my money it didn’t take you 5 to 7 days to collect it next time pay attention to your customers
Roseville, CA
Generally I don't do this and I've sat on this for a few days but have been encouraged to share. Let's talk about Tommy's Express Car Wash on Foothills Blvd in Roseville, CA. I signed up for a 30 day trial period for 26.00 in May. I was told that unless i drive back thru and re-sign back up (or apparently use the app?), the membership would cancel. I enjoyed getting to drive thru this car wash as your access was very easy. All they do is scan your plate and the arm lifts and away you go. It's not the best wash I have been thru and they send the cars waaay too close thru, but it was convenient for sure...for me anyway.
Here is the problem. I was paying my bills as I do every month and I noticed my card was charged 35.99 after I was told initially the membership would stop if I didn't sign back up. I wasn't initially upset about it but for 9.00 more per month, I had questions. Last week I went thru the line and pulled up to the window. I explained that I signed up in May and was told it would cancel after a month but my card was charged and now I have questions. (Does this only include 1 car, are there other plans, etc) the girl at the window immediately became defensive and said that wasn't possible. She went on to let me know I was lying and she would be checking the cameras to prove it. I was in shock and kinda laughed. Banter between the both of us went on for about 5 minutes. She told me how many hours she worked and how much money she made. Okay!! Why do I care. So immature. She smiled and said "do you want my picture"🙄 Seriously? I asked her why would i want that? It was unbelievable. She clearly shouldn't be working with people Here i was being bullied by a girl at a car wash who was supposed to have customer service skills. (Assuming) I don't think I have ever been spoke to as rude as she was. I asked for the owner's phone# and she said "no, I'm not giving it to you". OMG what do you do? This chick was volitile. I left and immediately checked the SOS website and called the owner. Initially he apologized and told me he would look into it and get back to me. Within 1/2 hour this crazy chick was calling me on my cell and harassing me asking me for details again about how I initially signed up for the promo. I told her for the 5th time. She then says "I'm just cancelling your account" and hangs up on me. I immediately called the owner back and explained his employee was calling me and he said "Ok Ok, I will credit all your charges and tell her not to call you again". I explained to him I did NOT want my charges credited. I just wanted him to know he is employing a very volatile employee and now I am concerned as she has my personal information. He assured me he would take care of it and get back to me. Well, days went by and I had to call him several more times as I wanted to continue to drive thru the car wash. I really would not have to speak to her but since he told me he would follow up with me once again, I was waiting on his response.
Finally yesterday I received his text response. He says he has investigated the incident per protocol and for me to contact corporate if I had any further questions. He also asked me not to contact him any further.
What? This is so odd. I texted him back and said his response was very odd. I contacted corporate who verified my 2nd charge was automatic and the employee and owner should know this. Your membership does NOT cancel automatically. Made sense to me. She also said it's odd that the owner would have me contact Corporate as it's a franchise so they aren't responsible for customer service issues. She offered to call the car wash and explain this to the site lead who is SHOCKINGLY the girl who I had the encounter with. In addition when corporate spoke to her, she was able to request I be banned from that location. Obviously the owner condones this behavior and I am sitting here imagining if something actually went wrong as you were going thru the car wash (malfunction) what kind of support would you get? I believe whole heartedly it would be a fiasco and even if it was the car wash's responsibility, you would be liable. I have never experienced a owner who supports that type of behavior of his employees. I am shocked. Go thru this car wash at your own risk and pray you never experience a issue. You will be harassed and believe me, the owner doesn't give a care. Rant over!
Damage to my 2019 Silverado
Took my 2019 Chevy Silverado through Tommy's in West Bend WI tonight. When I got done I went over to use their vehicles vacuum. I noticed the front cover by the driver light got torn off on the passenger side. I spoke with a manager named Greg. He took some pictures, Two other associates came out, one eating an ice cream cone, and the other just stood there texting. Greg got some information and said he would get back to me. He called later that evening, saying they felt from looking at their cameras, the cover was loose and will not cover the cost to replace. I've been going there for over two years, Horrible customer service.
I love this place
I love this place, always fast and everything works great. I highly recommend them.
Tommy Manager is a fraud
This company is a hazard and the supervisor is trying to play me for a fool! Still waiting for Tommy Express manger to contact me for damages to my vehicle! I would not take my car to place again and canceled my membership!
No stars for YOU!
We pulled up... there was one car at the window and one ahead. We waited patiently for about 5 mins. He was still talking to the car at the window....so I beeped the horn, Nothing. We sat there for approximately another 10 mins while we saw the app cars flying thru.We finally made it to the window and the manager said were denying you a carwash today. This was at the loves park illinois location.
I don't think there's anyway for this…
I don't think there's anyway for this company could improve. They have the worst customer service when it comes to stuff they cause.
I would definitely not go to Tommys!
Equipment broke off my metal valve…
Equipment broke off my metal valve stem. Unknowing that this occurred I left car wash and drove away. Vehicles steering began to act abnormal and tire was flat!!! Had to wait 2 hours for someone to come over. That person never showed up. After multiple calls they finally answered and said it was not their fault. I had to have vehicle towed, get a rental car and get the tire pressure sensor/stem and tire replaced . On top of this I missed a busy afternoon at work 1/2 days wages.
I went to the grand opening of Tommy's…
I went to the grand opening of Tommy's Express car Wash in Bradenton Florida. I handed my credit card and my cell phone to the attendant, spun the wheel a few times and won a little detail kit. It got worse from there! Tommy's Express car Wash destroyed the front end of my vehicle, ruined my electric mirror, and when I had the audacity to complain about it they refused to repair the damage that their machines did to my vehicle because they said my vehicle is over 15 years old. No one explained that to me as they greedily downloaded my credit card information and signed me up for the maximum wash service every month! After speaking with Tristan the manager it was a site wide decision that they were going to deny fixing my vehicle. It was damaged on camera. Their excuse was a sign that no one sees in some place called the stack! Don't take your car to Tommy's car Wash unless you want it destroyed! Okay sorry
My car was damaged by this place
My car was damaged by this place. When I called and emailed I've been blown off by corporate and the manager of the store in Port charlotte fl. Don't use them unless u want ur car damaged.
